Overall good experience, except that the main elevator was out of service. Rooms could do with an uplift as they are looking tired. Breakfast was very good, although the croissants were not very fresh.

Delightful service, excellent cocktails, comfy seating, relentless complimentary snacks and an all round lovely experience! Would come again. There is a calm atmosphere away from the blazing sun and a cute view across the industrial landscape with a mountainous backdrop.

The rooms are very comfortable and well furnished. Bathroom lighting is poor for putting on make up, perhaps that is why there’s a large mirror on the desk in the bedroom. Breakfast is excellent with a mixture of A La Carte and buffet style. What really made my breakfast experience special was the courtesy, care and attention shown by the lovely waiting staff ( Titonond, Arvind, Mathis & Hurvin) who are headed up by the charming Sonjeev. They are so welcoming and friendly and polite. Nothing is too much trouble. I look forward to returning to this hotel in the future.

Excellent Mall with lots to see and lovely shopping to do at great reasonable prices. The restaurants and food court were very nice and the food was delicious. The craft market had lots to offer and amazing deals. We enjoyed ourselves at the mall.

I wasn't a huge fan of Labourdonnais. It all just felt a bit sterile to me, and dinner was so disappointing that I skipped breakfast the next day. The food was clearly pre-made, served in about 10 seconds after ordering, and pretty tasteless. My room (614) is ok, but a little scuffed up (especially the carpet and headboard which look like they're on their last legs). The worst thing about it though was the driver they organised to take me to my next hotel - they charged me a lot for it, and he took multiple detours along the way to take care of 3 different personal deliveries! The drive ended up taking over 2 hours as a result. Insanely unprofessional, I couldn't believe it.

I had my birthday dinner at Yuzu restaurant with friends and all was beyond perfect.. Godish and Tiffany were there to make us feel comfortable from start to finish .. food was amazing and wines were absolutely wonderful.. thanks for the Yuzu team for the excellent service and fabulous food..

Great place for romantic dinner or even business. We had a good time with lovely food and lovely dinner. The stuff were amazing and made the experience a bit better. They even offered us a cake very attentive throughout. We will definitely come back here.

From the moment we stepped into Labourdonnais Waterfront Hotel in Mauritius, we were greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service. Every staff member was incredibly attentive and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. To top it off, we were lucky to experience the lively Friday night entertainment – a fantastic live band played at the waterfront lounge, filling the night with great music, laughter, and memorable fun. The combination of heartfelt service and vibrant Friday night vibes made our stay truly special and unforgettable.

The best location of the city with sea view room. I just love the hotel and accommodation. The best food and service ever I enjoyed. Very very big thanks to NISTHA for helping amd guiding me for the best food and service.I must be recommending for business and travel with family.

Lovely hotel in the bustle of Port Louis. Great location on the waterfront, our room was upgraded and we had a wonderful sunrise. Dinner at the Brasserie was delicious with great family friendly meals and at a decent price. Staff went above and beyond to help and make our stay feel welcome!

Great service by Nilesh and Sada for dinner. They were both very attentive to our group’s requirements and did their best to make our event a great one. A beautiful venue with great f&b. Both kids and adults loved the place and the service by these two gentlemen. Thank you from all of us. And keep up the great job!
