Apartment was lovely had everything you need. Great views,close to town (10/15 min walk max) but far enough to be quiet

Such a horrible one , if you want to enjoy your trip at Lincoln, avoid this one.
Most furniture was very old and dusty . The air conditioner had such a big noise. When I tried to discuss with the hotel. They asked me to turn off it. Hey, guys, you want me to live in a small room without air conditioning in summer ? How horrible the service was as well.

From an easy booking process, through a simple self check in process to a very easy departure, this property ticked all the boxes. On the main road as you come into town you can choose from a range of accommodation choices, we picked the deluxe waterview villa. Amazing. The villa was very clean, really spacious with all the facilities you would need for a great stay. Fully furnished balcony included a gas BBQ and the kitchen had everything you could need. Close proximity to town and you get a single assigned parking space. Overall would we recommend this property, absolutely!!!

From the start to the finish, bay 10s reception was perfect. The lady went beyond and above. Room was clean and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. View was beautiful. The room was upstairs and steep steps, so if you have a problem with bad legs, knees, it may be awkward to get up. If you're in a wheelchair , forget it. Overall for me though, it was a cosy place to stay. Well done bay 10.

Such a beautiful waterfront spot. We were in the guest room which was extremely well priced + very clean and comfortable. The welcome chocolates were a lovely touch and we appreciated the fast WiFi and free streaming services. The shared bbq garden on the absolute waterfront of the property was gorgeous. We would definitely stay here again when visiting this beautiful town again.

It’s worth to stay. Nice view and nice service provided, they offer welcome chocolates, WIFI and even Netflix. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for accommodation in Port Lincoln, I will choose to stay again if I go port Lincoln next time.

This property is perfectly situated, just a short walk from town. The check-in and check-out were incredibly smooth, and the views are simply breathtaking. With a convenient kitchenette and easy parking, it's an ideal place to stay. Thanks.

What a beautiful stay we had at Bay 10 with such amazing comfort. This place was very clean and tidy and exactly what we needed. Very close to all shops and the foreshore for all activities we wanted to do. Parking was very accessible for us as we parked behind the building and felt secure leaving it there. We have a larger car with a rooftop tent, so this can be challenging at times, but was fantastic for us. We loved the addition of the speaker and charging cords as it made us feel a little more relaxed playing a little music and watching the stunning view of the bay. The reception staff were also amazing for our needs and accomodating us with checkin and checkout. Thankyou for being helpful and making it super easy for us. Would recommend this place highly.

What a gem! Perfectly located just outside the foreshore thoroughfare. Beautiful accommodation, with amazing views of Boston Bay. Space for family to enjoy. Highly functional. Quality bedding - best sleep away from home! Having a washer and dryer was a huge bonus, avoiding copious amounts of laundry upon returning home. The only improvement opportunity is addressing the random presence of ants in the bathroom and kitchen. Highly recommend for families :)
