It was wonderful

Simple check in with friendly staff greeting at the gate. Welcomed with open arms. Cleaning staff were well received with a gracious attitude when requesting extra services

酒店的日出很好看。但是酒店的服務非常差。 本次我們幾間房中間被安排夾了一間“會尖叫，敲牆等特殊病症的旅客。”直接讓旅行體驗極其打折扣。 酒店有明顯歧視國人行為，我預訂四間，不將我們連一起，反倒插入特殊客人，用我們的房間給其他旅客做人肉隔離，完全無法忍受。而且酒店拖到第二天早上投訴才告訴我們。但是南非最近治安不好，搶劫案時有發生，不敢和對方及酒店起爭執。。。平台也不能積極主動的幫助我們，旅行太難了。。。

有點失望，感覺不像萬怡酒店的水準，頂多就是國內三星的房間。水都不肯多送一瓶。

環境很好，離海邊很近。

總體感覺還可以。

We booked for a night last minute as our plane connection was delayed. Needed a wheelchair-accessible room, usually difficult to find. This one ticked all the boxes! Beautiful, spacious and very comfortable room. Parked right outside, easy access with ramps. The bathroom was excellent for a wheelchair-bound person, lots of room, suitable heights and useful grab bars. We had a great seafront view, lovely to wake up to! The tiny but well-equipped "kitchen in a cupboard" was a surprise! Great for a bit longer stay. Access to the breakfast room was via a gentle ramp down the side of the hotel, this took us to the verandah. A small ramp for the one step into the dining room would help. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our stay was an unexpected addition to our trip but we would definitely consider staying there again. It's a lovely hotel in a perfect location. Particularly recommended for wheelchair users, it's an easy place to stay.

Positives The hotel itself is very smart and well-located just minutes from the Boardwalk Mall. Our room was clean and spacious with a great view overlooking the ocean and some nice perks like a good coffee machine, fridge and balcony. Lovely main atrium and pool area Free wine/smoothies in reception were a nice touch Negatives The staff were friendly, but unfortunately put us off wanting to leave the hotel, insisting it wasn’t safe. This simply isn’t true - granted, avoid being out and about at night as you would in many cities, but take the usual precautions by day and you’ll be absolutely fine. To arrive and be told not to go out really is disheartening so I’m glad we didn’t listen and went out to explore the area anyway (taking sensible precautions ie no jewellery or electronics on show, keeping to main routes etc). No lift and we weren’t offered any help with our luggage All in all it was a decent stay, but next time I’d try somewhere else in the area.

The views were the best from the room, in the pool and while having breakfast. And the room had everything you need from microwave and mini fridge . From the gym that overlooks the ocean that was the best. The furniture is old but clean not really aesthetically appealing.

Get a sea-view balcony room and wake to the sounds of waves crashing! Everything is within walking distance! This is my absolute favorite option when visiting this area! Massive studios with all the amenities you will ever need whatsoever!

Service here was excellent. We stayed one night, and then left on a 2 day safari at Addo. The hotel allowed us to leave our car in their secure parking lot and stored our luggage inside the hotel. Then we returned for another night. The rooms were comfortable. A note of caution, there are no elevators, so if stairs are a problem ask for a ground floor room. We really appreciated the onsite laundry which was complementary to use. Breakfast was quite good both mornings and reasonably priced as it was not included in our room rate. We had poor service at lunch one day and the food was not good. Dinner, however, was fine.

Making and enforcing a 22.00 or 23.00 silence rule. The only black mark against our stay was the people in the apartment above us, partying and shouting/ fighting untill sunrise. We had a 700km trip ahead of us, and we were dead tired, due to a lack of sleep.

Clean room, friendly staff and good food. When travelling on business this is an ideal abode to relax after a long drive or tough day at the office. Breakfast is quick and filling and the dinner menu caters for most needs and tastes. Draft beer is also on offer which is a big plus for me.
