Stayed for 5 nights in January. Lovely location on the south side of the island with views over Friendship Bay. Staff are very friendly and we loved the apartment which was very spacious and included a large veranda which also included a kitchen. Lovely grounds with a small swimming pool ideal to relax in. They provide a simple breakfast of tea / coffee, bread and cakes. You can order other items but at a cost. There are many couples staying there who have been coming for many years. Many also stay for many weeks which probably says it all. It’s a 45 minute walk to Port Elizabeth via Princess Margaret Beach and the Belmont Walkway. Some hills on the way! Bequia is a beautiful Grenadine island and one that has a fair amount of upmarket tourism. It’s a very walkable island with a large number of restaurants / bars most of which are close to Port Elizabeth. It was nice to be located on the quieter side of the island but also being able to get to where more of the action was if needed. Short walk to the quiet beach at Friendship Bay through the neighbouring hotel. Would definitely recommend and hope to return some day.

We stayed for two nights near the end of Jan. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room we had was was just sweet. Clean and well appointed. The only draw-back was the 4 neighbouring dogs that decided to bark off and on both nights were there, but that isn’t Sugarapple’s fault. We even asked for a quote to stay there for a month. We got one response but when we went back with a counter offer we didn’t get the courtesy of a response. But I expect that was the owner and not the friendly staff. The free breakfast was very good, but we upgraded to add eggs, at our cost.

My wife had come down here in the first part of the summer mid July and stayed here. We are looking to possibly find property in the region. While she was here by herself / because schedules could not align for the both of us, she absolutely enjoyed this incredible jewel in Bequia. I ended up coming here in December on the same fact-finding mission and cannot say enough about people and staff here at the Sugarapple Inn. I was able be chance to meet the owners briefly and what a delight they both are. Every single person that’s attached to the facility was impeccable on making sure my stay was truly the most enjoyable it could be.

You have a choice of Beach cottage (new) or main area with pool and lounge / breakfast area. Great value whichever you choose. Has full kitchen facilities in room. On Friendship Bay, close to Bequia Beach hotel.

I stayed at the Sugarapple Inn for a couple of weeks May 2023 and everything about the experience was super! I had never visited Bequia before, and the staff answered all my questions, and coordinated taxi upon my arrival. None of the pictures on the site do it justice. The room was spacious, and Spotless, and very well appointed with everything you need. The continental breakfast has excellent with fresh brewed coffee, fresh fruit, homemade bread, cakes, and Jams made by Sharmon, who also did a great job on the eggs I added to start my day. Bridgette, and Mariah from housekeeping kept the place looking great for me, and Cella took care of coordinating all my needs for getting around. I loved my stay!

Took my son for his 13th birthday. We stayed in interconnected rooms as he took one of his friends with him to celebrate the special occasion. Immediately they scampered to the pool! They spend day and night in the pool. The location is just below the road, so if you don't want to take a cab to travel around, you can take a bus, your choice. Breakfast available. It was time well spent! And the most beautiful of all, it is not costly. Luxury at a good rate! :) You have got to visit the Sugerapple Inn - Bequia - SVG! 😀

The room has a lovely view. Tucked in a lush hillside but still an easy walk to the beach. The staff are very professional, the breakfast delicious. Easy to get a taxi to town or a dinner out. We unfortunately left our hanging clothes on our departure and Cilla was so kind to coordinate getting them returned to us. Clean, comfortable and beautiful.

My wife and i spent 2 weeks here. The Sugarapple Inn is small with beautiful grounds. Cilla,Ronelle and the rest of the staff were outstanding!!. Our apartment was very large with a sitting room with full kitchen and a large bedroom. The view was exceptional. Breakfasts were perfect with different pastries and fruit every day. The pool was quite nice. We had laundry done several times and it was done perfectly. When we return to Bequia it will be to the Sugarapple Inn.

I recommend the Sugarapple wholeheartedly. Wonderful location, excellent staff, just the right place for a family vacation on Bequia. Many resorts are strikingly similar. The Sugarapple is unique and all eight of us had a great time.
