Our 4th time staying here. Love the pool and clean beach, however this time around; the room we got is quite old and dusty. Hope they can improve on that. Especially the cleanliness. Others are all okay.

The hotel i so bad, unpleasant conditions. The rooms amenities is super bad. The air condition is not functioning for all rooms. No housekeeping at night. Only 1 person at the reception. Pls refund my money.

the room so dirty and place for sleep so bad..recommend for emergency book only😔

Been here for 2nd time. First was on working days so not many people were staying plus the hotel gave me a room with seaview although i booked a room park view. The 2nd time was on school and public holiday so all rooms are fully booked and there were so many people queueing to check in. I checked in at 2.30pm and only got my room at 4.20 which made me waiting at the lobby almost 2 hours. I asked the staff 3 times and they politely answer my query although there were other few guests that also getting mad as rooms were not ready yet by housekeeping. I manage to get a room after 3rd query. The room is spacey enough for small family with 2 kids. The room has not much changed from my first visit 2 years ago. The floor had been changed to vinyl/spc and the bath tub in the bathroom also been removed. Room cleanliness is better than before. Only the corridor remain dirty as the old carpet still remain and dirt and beach sand can be seen clearly on the carpet. Maybe it can be changes to vinyl/spc also. Housekeeping should be improve in future to avoid guest wait too long to get a room. I like this hotel as it is not so pricey less than 200 on public holiday and about 100+ in working days and the location is near to beach and got swimming pool with walking distance. At night it was quite scary to walk from lobby to our room. Sometime can hear kids yelling suddenly at the corridor and other rooms from our rooms.

Overall ok, mayb hotel must change the furniture and deco a bit. But, easy booked with Trip.com

Got the most end room in 3rd floor. The lift is not working. So we need to walk to the other end to get a lift. The lift is near lobby area.If you are wet you can’t use that lift. You have to use the stairs but the nearest stairs is in the middle. So again you have to walk. The end stairs case(beside our room) is emergency stair case, you can go out but if you want to get in the premises you have to use middle stair case. 2 lift are under maintenance. I have elderly people and imagine the situation.  Hope the hotel management fix the lift or consider let us use the inside lift if we are wet and with elderly people. I have to bring her up using the stairs case. Or give us towel.

The room was nice and comfortable with full accommodations, i like big pool outdoor in front of bg sand beach ⛱️

Lift not function..I request want to room level grand floor,not ready always..

Overall short vacation only view je best.. Kolam keruh sbb ramai pake tshirt jeans masuk kolam...pakej ada bsh kaki kt kolam Mineral water 2 botol.. kalu esk check out kena byr rm3 1 botol 500ml tu kalu nk minum pg tu.. sy hnye mntk dua botol air mineral.. xda cofee gula semua...ada cawan n sudu je... Bath tub pecah2 n kuning2.. Dinding bilik pn ada bahagian yg pecah2 juga.. i guess mgkn asbab PKP rosak but its been 2 years after PKP.. Lift septt ada dua wings.. tp sbb semua under maintenance mmg tgl 1 je..agak jauhhhhhh nk jln ke lift another wings huhuhu

Other than being so close to the beach and pools for kids, it was quite a disappointing stay .. the room was smelly with old furniture and the carpet was wet.

1. Service all good, the reception is quite nice and polite 2. Main lobby lift cannot use "under maintenance", nak ke lift nun jauh ke hujung jalan. 3. The room is okay overall just look very old, they give us the queen bed room, which the view only pantai lah. 4. Cleanliness very out. Enter je the room berhabuk sawang bilik, and bau tak best, bukan bau wangi, busuk, the toilet also smelly gila. 5. Malam my child cannot sleep, tiba2 bangun menangis meraung non-stop around 1pm lebih tak nak buka mata takut dia. Me husband cannot sleep well at all. The vibe at night auto seram. Hotel so faham2 je lah. Overall view memang cantik je.
