Hoposa Pollensamar Apartamentos

Stayed here for 4 nights in a 1 bedroom apartment. The best bits: Immaculately clean Nicely decorated Great bathroom Nice pool area Close to all amenities and in the nicest part of Puerto Pollensa Plenty of good restaurants nearby The only gripe I had was the Fort Knox security to get to apartment on arrival and lack of clear instructions. Too many door codes and temporary cards whilst faffing to check in at the sister hotel which was a 10 minute walk away. It would have been much simpler to receive a text or email with instructions. It sounds minor but when you’re knackered from travel, it was a ball ache

The apartments are very well appointed having just been refurbished to a very good standard. They are situated in a great location, minutes from the beach ,bars and resteraunts of Poerto Pollensa. All the staff are very helpful and certainly do everything they can to ensure customers have all they need.

Wanted an apartment for flexibility to discover the area. a small block of apartments just off the pine walk on arrival all key coded as the reception is st the hotel bahia, lady picked up straight away and talked us through obtaining the key, super easy. spacious apartment, although more wardrobe/drawer space would be useful. we are family of 3 & as we were only there 5nights not too much stuff but would have to leave stuff in case if there for longer. spotless clean, can get more towels , toiletries whenever required small pool area but no issues getting a bed or umberella & sea literally over the road wanted to review to show the staff appreciation but would like to keep it a secret so that it doesn’t get to busy!

As always had a lovely relaxing time at the Pollensa Mar apartments. We have stayed in quite a few hotels in Port de Pollensa but love it here. It's quiet, just a road back from Pine Walk. The staff are excellent, very helpful and although the reception is at the Hotel Bahai, this is not a problem as they are at the end of the phone if there is a problem. There is a small supermarket and restaurant nearby, everything you would want. The swimming pool area is small but all you need as the beach is nearby. We will be back!

We have stayed at Pollensamar apartments many times coming once a year for a 2 week stay. The apartments are well maintained and furnished. They are regularly cleaned and towels and bedding changed often. The cleaning staff are delightful. The apartments overlook the pool which has sun loungers and umbrellas at both ends. The grounds are small but well looked after. The apartments are one street away from the sea and many apartments have sea views. The Bahia Hotel is a short walk from the apartments and their reception and catering staff are excellent, always pleasant and helpful. There are many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. There is plenty of street parking .

The apartment had plenty of room but was lacking in shelf space and the only seating for watching TV was on a single bed in the lounge which wasn`t a problem for us as we don`t watch much TV but it would not be a very comfortable experience to say watch a film on the plus side we could get ITV. We had a couple of issues of being locked out of our room but this was quickly resolved with a direct call to Hotel Bahia,and a new door key/card being delivered.The staff were excellent and cleaned the apartment to a high standard every other day. The receptionists in Hotel Bahia were all very helpful and informative, Of special mention is LOUISA COPA who as proved to be an absolute gem and has gone way beyond what would be expected of her in helping me get my glasses returned which I stupidly left in the apartment when leaving and I was surprised to learn that the hotel has a non return policy. The only negative for us as folks in our late 70`s was the distance to the restaurants,shops,bars and buses which would not have been a problem 20 years ago when we could walk at speed but we spent approx.60 hours covering the 150 miles or so over the 3 weeks of our stay. I should point out that there is a decent convenience store within 100mtrs of the apartments All in all we had a good holiday and would reccomend it for folk who haven`t got the terminal desease of old age.
