Spend fantastic time at hotel Nice friendly place Staff in the bar give you plenty of reasons to be happy they funny friendly and helpfully Never get bored. Is a five star service. Definitely come back to this place Maria,Juan,Barjo,etc they spot on never forget them

I'd like to thank all the hotel's staff as everything was perfect. Very clean room, friendly receptionist and barman. We will be back next year as it is hard to find a perfect place to stay for holydays. Also, the location is perfect as it is close to the beach and to the port.

Very nice hotel and especially the people who work at the bar. Great service, very nice cocktails, very gezellig (what we call in dutch). The names are in the picture. Also Dani and Erica were very nice bar people. Thank you and tot ziens! Everyone else in the hotel also very very nice! Definitely we will go back here.

We had a really comfortable stay at the hotel. The room was a little small for us but well equipped with a smart TV, fridge, kettle and bathroom with shower over bath. The house keeping ensured our room was kept spotless daily. The hotel cycling facilities were very good. Plenty of cycle storage for bikes and bike boxes. There was a bike cleaning station in the hotel garden too. Plenty of track pumps and tools. We hadn't realised but there is an option to hire bikes from the hotel. There were also lots of cycle hire shops nearby, if needed. The hotel website gave a few local GPS cycle routes. We did three and they were beautiful. A mixture of flatter cycling through rural farm land and hiller mountain rides Inc route to Cap de Formentor. The hotel was well situated for short walks to the beach, harbour, shops/bars and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, including drinks. We stayed half board. The evening meals were good. Plenty of variety. There were food theme nights but these we not promoted with the usual "country flags or signs". We enjoyed mexican, seafood and Asian themed food We stayed half board as we had planned to be out of the hotel over lunchtime cycling. However we really regretted not going all inclusive as two/three daytime drinks, snacks and a bottle of wine/water with our evening meal would have cost us about the same or a bit more. The hotel staff were always friendly, helpful and treated us like family. We'd like to Say Thank you and we hope to be back next year.

Very nice hotel. 10 plus 1 points especially for the bartenders Juan, Barto , Biel and Raoul. Always in the mood for a joke and very very taste coctails. Always a smile on your face when they meet you. Thank you so very much for the entertainment.

They have a very good and fast service, all the waiters of the bar were very nice and polite, thanks to Maria, Juan, Raul, Barto, Dylan y Biel for giving us an awesome experience and making us laugh every time we went to the bar to have a drink! Best bar team ever!

5/5 one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in! Don’t get me wrong the holiday PP wasn’t cheap about £1400pp if I remember correct. Personally I loved this hotel the staff in reception the young lady she was amazing and so lovely as requested she brought a bottle of cava up and a fruit platter for my boyfriends birthday! When she brought it up she wasn’t aware we was in the room as I told her we would be out but she was extremely apologetic for entering but I advised her it was no issue at all and she was amazing!!!! Food was good we went half board ALOT of option me and my bf are fussy & eat like children and we loved the food even tried something new the chicken and rice (can’t remember the dish name) was so nice! They had Mexican nights ect white partys amazing hotel for family’s young couple older couple pretty much anyone so accessible and 2 min away from beach and 1 min away from shops bars restaurants

Lovely hotel,staff are amazing nothing was too much trouble. Emilo the head chef makes the best breakfast omlettes. Very clean loads of chill out areas. Lots of entertainment on offer. Very good location. Definitely will be returning again.

I can't thank bahia de alcudia enough for the wonderful holiday my daughter and I had,everything was fantastic,our room,the food,the surroundings but especially the staff....Gabriel,Barto,Dani,Lazaro.. Marja,Monica,Xisco,Raul,Deme and Milena,you guy's made our holiday,plenty of fun and laughs,first class service, never an empty glass, some of the nicest people I've met.Great entertainment absolutely nothing to fault 10/10 I will most definitely be back !!!
