Relax with the whole family at this canal side peaceful retreat. Very quiet area, pool, patio, and large kitchen with breakfast bar. Indoor and outdoor dining areas. Family room with TV to hook up your video game consoles. Sit on the dock and fish out of the canal. Boat lift available for use at added cost. No bridges to prevent height restrictions of boats. Bring any size motor boat or sail boat, get out to the Gulf and then travel to anywhere in the world. Close to parks, beaches, and trails. Watch the sunset from the dock or go to the many nearby restaurants to enjoy the sunset and gator bites. Bring your jet skis, kayaks, canoes, or wake boards. Only an hour from Busch Gardens and Tampa Aquarium, two and a half hours from Orlando parks, thirty minutes from Cape Canaveral, and minutes away from Port Charlotte beach. Play cornhole in the backyard and watch the game on the outdoor TV. Little need to leave the backyard and pool area with outdoor mini fridge available. Small card or kid crafting table also available. Plug in your iPod to the iHome and listen to music while enjoying the outdoor spaces. Driveway is large enough to fit 8-10 cars. 3-4 bedroom ranch with heated pool, boat lift on a canal
We had plenty of room for 5 to 6 adults to stay in this 3 bedroom ranch 2 bath; with ceramic tile floors throughout & Tv game room with a sofa for another person to sleep on. Master bedroom bed was comfortable ; but 2nd bedroom had a queen bed that was weak in the middle & one of twin beds needed to be replaced. Support boards kept falling out while sleeping. Twin bed sheets need to be replaced. Heated pool was very enjoyable. Rental is on a canal close to end of canal. Fishing wasn't very good. Several catfish were caught, some snappers, but snook wouldnt take the bait. There was a boat lift on the property for our use for a fee. This rental needed furniture to be moved to remove dust on floor & wall trim. Instant Pot was provided but slow cooker crock was cracked. No cake or pie pans were provided only one cookie sheet. Roaster pan & another non-stick skillet would have been nice. Gas grill was provided. Location is busy with traffic when getting around town. Owner was easy to work with & reach by phone.

Nice
Host was very nice, he was helpful when needed and pleasant. Home was just as described. Had no issues. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the BBQ grill and he put gas in the tank for us. Could not enjoy pool because it was very cold this December but overall NICE home. Would defiantly stay there again.

Best Host and Great Location!
The sunset is gorgeous and the home is very spacious. The dock next to the canal is a nice place to watch the fish jump. Good home for those who have walkers or wheelchairs as there are no stairs. Quiet neighborhood with excellent privacy. Watching the TV in the lanai while swimming in the pool was awesome! What's better than watching the game from the pool? The host is the best I've ever encountered. He truly wants his guests to be happy and does whatever it takes. He's VERY easy to communicate with, and he has great integrity! I definitely would stay again if I'm ever back in the area.
