Location of hotel is at walkable distance near to main market. Room service is very good. Overall experience in this hotel is excellent.

Room of hotel have no proper ventilation, ellectriciy supply is not proper so ac doesn't work properly, not enough space outside the property, no buffet system is there in the hotel however location if hotel is good, shef is making good food.

Room were not hygienic. On the first floor rooms wear smelling bed. We requested them to give room on the second or third floor. All their working member slept outside our room so we could not go outside the room. The hotel manegement did partiality with us.

Pros:
1. Near the airport. Less than 5min by car. 2. On the main road. No alleys. 3. Ac, geyser and wifi is available. Cons:
1. Cleanliness is an issue. Rooms are shabby. Linens and bedsheets and especially blankets are dirty. 2. All lights or exhaust may not work. 3. No lift. Need to climb stairs to reach the restaurant at the top floor. 4. Sometimes black water may come due to the water tank being cleaned.

Room was very neat and clean, staff was very soft and supportive, they provided each and every thing on a very short notice, food was also very good, thumps to the staff and service provided by them.
