Seas The Day @ Coral Cay is a completely renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath, beachfront condo at Coral Cay Beachfront Condominiums in Port Aransas, Texas. This first floor beach facing condo is just steps away from the walk over boardwalk to the beach. Remodeled post Hurricane Harvey with wood plank tile floors, fixtures, appliances, quartz counters in kitchen and baths, as well as, new impact resistant window walls overlooking the dunes. The in-unit washer & dryer offers added convenience to the coin operated laundry room used by the rest of the complex. Two shared swimming pools are available. The closest being out the entry door and across the parking lot. LIVING AREA Soak up the morning sun from this perfect little coastal living space. The space is furnished with a large rattan sofa, sitting chair with ottoman, and swivel chair. There is also a large 46" flat panel television with cable television. Smart TV functionality is not available in the living room at this time. You are welcome to bring your streaming stick to use. For those not so perfect beach weather days, there are board games for your family and friends to enjoy! KITCHEN & DINING The kitchen is updated with Quartz countertops, soft touch cabinets, matching stainless steel appliances, Keurig K cup coffee maker, and amenities of home. There is a bar setup station with a Margaritaville blender for your use during your stay. Off the kitchen is a farmhouse table with dining for six. BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS The master bedroom has a king size bed, Vizio 46" smart tv with cable service, ceiling fan, and ample storage for suitcases. The master bathroom is a full bathroom with shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a trundle bed, en-suite bathroom, ceiling fan, 27" smart tv with cable service, and a suitcase caddy in the closet. The guest bathroom is a full bath with tub/shower combination. Beach towels are located in the guest bedroom closet. OUTDOOR AREAS Seas The Day @ Coral Cay is located in the buildings closest to the Port Aransas beach and boardwalk. There are two large swimming pools shared among the complex. Located off the ever popular 11th street drag, Coral Cay Beachfront Condominiums is a short trip to downtown Port Aransas island gift shops and dining options. Old Town Port Aransas is a short golf cart ride away. There you can find the Port Aransas Museum, Chute 'Em Up Parasailing/ Port A Parasail, which offers aerial adventures for the entire family, Dolphin Watch Nature Tour, and the nearby Port Aransas Nature Preserve.
