Private: well-kept garden 100 m2 (fenced), public parking on the road. Supermarket 650 m, restaurant 300 m, bakery 650 m, sandy beach "La Birochère" 300 m, thermal baths "Thalasso & Spa de Pornic" 650 m. Sports harbour 1.2 km, golf course (18 hole) 6 km, sailing school 4 km, minigolf 6 km. Nearby attractions: Faïencerie de Pornic 2 km, Pornic Aventure 5 km, Biscuiterie Galettes Saint Michel 12 km, Légendia Parc 20 km, Les Machines de l'Ile de Nantes 48 km, Ile de Noirmoutier 59 km.
