Comfort Inn Poplar Bluff North

Started out not great in room 105 which had a not so good pet odor and also needed a fair amount of TCL and cleaning. But we were taken care of and moved to room 110 which was much better. Cold, quiet AC. Decent towels, good water pressure in the shower. Saw a number of dogs at this hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had eggs and sausage, fruit, yogurt, waffles, a couple of bread options, juice, coffee. I would stay again.

The desk clerk was very polite! Good variety for the breakfast very clean area. The room was really nice, & clean as well. Would have been perfect if there had been shampoo and conditioner though. I will definitely stay there again, and recommend it to anyone!

This is a very nice hotel that is being neglected. Our room was not properly cleaned, having crumbs of food from the last customer on the nightstand and on the floor that were being fed on by ants. The bathtub had a constant stream of water dripping, and I don't think the sheets had been changed. For the breakfast, they only had a fraction of what they advertised on the sign sitting on the front counter, and many of the items were nearly empty or were empty at 7:00 in the morning. I have stayed in many comfort inns and been very happy. This one has changed my mind.

On our motorcycle trip from Richmond Virginia to the Grand Canyon and back, we have really lucked out on great places to stay and our night at the Comfort Inn Poplar Bluff was no exception! The staff is warm and welcoming. The lobby is tidy. Our room was spacious and clean. The pressure in the shower could have been a little better, but it was hot. Lots of TV channels were available. BEST beds and pillows! I don't think I moved all night, once my head hit that pillow. Best sleep ever. There's a generous free breakfast with eggs, sausage, hash browns, waffles, breads, muffins, oatmeal, cereals, juices. Also, check out the awesome restaurant right next door, Bread & Butter. It's within walking distance. Several other restaurants are also close by. If you are in this area and need to lay your head, look no further! 5 stars!

We Stopped in for a one night stay during our travels., Upon arrival we were met by Daisy at the front desk. The only king room left was a pet room which we did not request, we Advanced her allergies were bad, So we would just take two doubles, She then stated she wouldn't even put us on The same floor with pets. She was so accommodating she then upgraded us. She was very helpful about Dining suggestions Our room was clean and fresh. There was also fresh baked cookies and popcorn in the lobby. We had issues with the TV Daisy promptly came up and brought new remotes and got it going for us. Breakfast was typical with the exception they had omelets you could add peppers & onions The breakfast hostess was very friendly & hospitipal. Would def stay here again

You will find a room that smells of must and cigarette odor with no carpet. If you are checking in late at night as our family was this evening and you do not report this to the front desk, you will be charged for being the cause. Do not be the type that does not “complain about the quality”, trying to be agreeable. Additionally, your room will be charged twice with one of the charges being explained as “coming back to you at a later date”, quite unexpected, unauthorized, & fraudulent activity. Consider this to be a type of racket ran by either the particular establishment or the company as a whole. Banking institutions reconciled the issue for us and advised us of the impropriety of the establishment or company. The recommended we cancel our card and sent us a new one, telling us that these type of places would continue to run your card even after they cancel payment. Recommend video recording on your phone, your room as you try your keycard multiple times and once you’ve finally gained entry, note the condition of the room and if you notice ANYTHING, notify the front desk, provided they are available.

Very efficient check-in. Quiet and clean rooms and extra plush bath towels that seemed new. Plenty of parking away from street and other businesses but lots of nearby restaurants, some with delivery services. The manager on duty at checkout was exceptionally friendly.

A pleasant stay at a reasonable price. Everything worked, breakfast was OK, and no unpleasant surprises. The staff seemed friendly and accommodating and the motel seemed well managed given the short staffing most hotels are experiencing now.

We had a quick stay on the way to Little Rock. Lobby and breakfast area were very nice. Room was clean. A little outdated but I value clean much higher. Breakfast was plentiful and typical for Comfort Inn. We would stay here again if we were passing through.
