Great service all the staff are really helpful, lovely room the room is always full of amenities, really good food. If your going and trying the new revised menu make sure you have the squid its delicious, great selections of beers and wine. Excellent breakfast the place has become like a second home after visiting every month this year. Canford is my go to place for business travel in Dorset and Bournemouth area.

Great vibe and quirky rooms, we really enjoyed staying at The Canford. It was a flying visit as we had tickets to see something at Poole Lighthouse and would've liked to have stayed longer. Really friendly and accommodating staff, food was lovely too!

The bed was so comfy. We had room service for breakfast which was lovely although a little cold . Can not fault the staff there customer care was amazing 👏 little bit over priced the room was a little tired as in decor but overall a lovely stay. We would come back as a special treat.

Stayed for 5 days over Christmas with our daughterand 2 small dogs. From the moment we arrived, we were met with outstanding friendliness until we we left. Rooms great, food and location fantastic. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and looking forward to returning.

Beautiful boutique hotel and pub dining. Fun and relaxing. Room was adorable, roll top bath, fabulous shower, just lovely. Superb staff team, vibe genuinely warm and friendly. Chelsea even drove to nearby restaurant to rescue my misplaced mobile phone, incredible! Breakfast delicious.

First class service and our room was lovely. I do not usually write reviews but they have really done a great job at this hotel, bar and restaurant. There has been a lot of thought and care put into this place and it is well worth a visit. A very nice weekend in lovely surroundings with really friendly staff. Top place!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Lovely fresh newly refurbished double room; comfortable bed; slept like a log. Hotel has a lovely pub and garden. Nice warm welcome from staff. Perfect place to stay if you want a long walk on the beach which is just a minute down the hill. Stay at the Canfield: have a lovely pizza dinner at Banfi in the village; go for a nice long walk on the beach; long drink in the Canford pub garden. You're not going to do better than this in southern England in 2024.

Large room Comfortable , very large bed. Initial problems (working out how complicated tv worked), sorted very quickly by very pleasant staff. Good breakfast, Dogs wellcome not just tolerated in all areas of the hotel. Also there is a park opposite for walks

Very warm welcome, very comfortable room which was nicely decorated with great attention to detail, good food (dinner and breakfast). The team who looked after us were excellent. Highly recommended and just a short walk from a beautiful beach.
