Don't let the negative views put you off this is a Superb Hotel with Friendly Staff and a Clean Environment, the food is in abundance and there is something for everyone if you can upgrade to a Superior Room they have sea views and are comfy. Give it a go it won't dissapoint.

Lovely relaxing break away with family, didn't find much to do here but that's what we wanted nice and relaxing, children absolutely loved the pool and the staff that look after the children's entertainment are pretty good, our kids were 13, and 9. The pool doesn't allow large inflatable toys so it creates a problem for the lifeguard when the shop in the hotel sells them to the kids and doesn't tell them, that they can't use them very naughty, makes the mums and dads angry but you don't get anywhere when you try a d complain. Some of the older staff members in the bar around the pool and the bar at night are very ignorant they aren't consistent with things like what the younger members of staff do for you, but all in all its a nice hotel with lots of friendly staff We had bed and breakfast for 2wks and it was perfect the food was spot on and the room was nice and clean the housekeeping staff was lovely

It was my first time holiday in Spain with my two sons (ages 10 yr old and 8 yr old) and we are first-timers. And we fall in love with Spain already, especially here in Playadulce Hotel Almeria. My children and I stayed here for 6 nights and 7 days. Two of the best features I would like to share is that all the staff from reception down to the restaurant is very welcoming, accommodating, kind, friendly. Overall, they are amazing staffs especially Daniel, from the reception. The customer service I received from him was beyond my imagination. He went on to give the customer an extra mile. After three nights of our stay, we had a water problem on our floor. First, he asked me if I wanted to move to a different floor, and offered me, but I declined as my 8-year-old son was excited to go swimming on the pool. And then, I realised we don't have water in our room to take a shower. So, I went to the reception again, and I asked Daniel if the offer was still on. And to my surprised, he upgraded us into a family theme room, more better view and much more spacious that I ended up sleeping in such a massive bed on my own with my cosy blanket and pillow while my two sons, they were sleeping on their own bed in which a bus bunkbed and they both loved it. The hotel is fabulously clean. Cleaner had done so well in cleaning our room every other day instead of every day (my choice). The location is perfect for us as the beach is only 2 mins walk and restaurants and cafe on the side road. The food was incredibly tasty and delicious, especially the pork ribs cooked in a tomato sauce. My two sons loved their pancakes every day with choros and fresh omellet with ham and cheese every breakfast. They also enjoyed their margarita pizza as always. There was also a cooking show in the hotel where you can choose either meat or fish and seafood and ask the chef to cook it for you. Overall, my children and I are one happy and satisfied customers. And they wanted to go back here for our next holiday, God willing on August or October. I highly recommend Playadulce Hotel Almeria for a family holiday.

A nice hotel which we found to be spotless. Very nice rooms, there were 4 of us and we all had our own rooms. The food could be better and hotter, not that impressed with it at all. In fact dinning room was like a canteen. Geared very much towards families. No real entertainment for the older generation. Enjoyed it for the week we were there but wouldn't want to return. Definitely an adult only hotel next time we go on holiday.

First time at the hotel and we loved it. The best feature was how clean everywhere was. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast had lots of choice and the swimming pool (indoor) was perfect for my 5 year old son. Beds were comfy and spacious and the sound of the sea was wonderful !

Relax enjoy and live. Great hotel for a good holiday. Found the staff friendly, supportive, the rooms excellent, food more than sufficient, and healthy choice. Pool facilertys and ground areas off high standard. Bars and restaurants clean, comfortable and well worth a visit.
