I loved my experience here the ambiance is pleasant and welcoming and the restaurant has such cozy and charming atmosphereI tried their salad and Summer special Mocktails and they've nailed the recipe really loved the flavors and the freshness of the ingredients and mainly thanks to Ms. Fouizeya for helping us with the cool table and warm smile throughout the dinner

The rooms are wonderful, the staff were very helpful right from the checkin till checkout and the food was amazing as well We had an amazing stay at villa shanti. Will define Visit the place again specially for the hospitality that the staff has extended

I was greeted by the very welcoming and pleasant Subhajit De, Operations Manager, who assigned me a lovely room. All staff were very polite and attentive, especially the restaurant staff. Particular thanks to Fouizeya, Prabhas, and Darshan for their friendly, efficient service throughout. Delicious menu as well! I shall return. The location is convenient to the L’Ecole Francaise D’Extreme Orient, good restaurants and shopping. I definitely recommend a stay.

Super comfortable and elegant stay. Highly recommend the food as well. Breakfast is one of the best ever. Most polite and helpful staff. Conveniently located in the heart of the beautiful old town close to the lively promenade. Would love to come back for a longer stay.

We’ve been staying at Villa Shanti for 5 days and enjoyed every minute of it. A wonderful little cool and calm oasis in the hustle and bustle of Pondicherry. We loved the thoughtfully designed rooms and the absolutely wonderful food. A huge thank you to Dhivya, Fouiezya, Soubhagya, Queen and all the other staff who are the actual stars of the show here - they make this place so special.

We can't rate Villa Shanti highly enough. We had a wonderful experience there after a disastrous one elsewhere in Puducherry. The Operations Manager at Villa Shanti went above and beyond to accommodate us and literally 'saved' our holiday. All the staff at Villa Shanti were welcoming and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. The aesthetic suited us perfectly, Indian but with a modern twist. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping was to a high standard. The food was very good and we tried both Indian and Continental menus. Villa Shanti was a lively place in the evenings and attracted a lot of non residents for dinner, so best to book a table in advance. Breakfast was delicious and generous. But it's the people that make the difference and the staff at Villa Shanti make it stand out. Would definitely recommend and look forward to visiting again.
