Location is good but no proper car parking.Receptionist said no smoking hotel but as soon as we entered room it was strong smoking smell whn we asked to change the room he said to shift to other room then said this r no smoking hotel sir we wil fine if they do tht . But we could find strong smell of tht . Washrooms were not tht clean compared to other hotels .Then receptionist mentioned tht there will be no morning breakfast for kid as she is 3 yrs old. Totally it was not at all worth staying at this place

This is not a business class hotel, there are more mosquitoes in this room, hotel people never consider customer requirement. Worst hospitality and very bad room service

They asked additional rs 3000 at the last minute, claiming to offer a better room, and also said that the room already booked was not available. Also, no teabags were available. They offered only greentea

Location is very good. On the market. Around 2-3 kms from French colony and railway station. However v good service. The window view was beautiful. Overall, satisfied. 👍

stayed here for 3 days. the stay is close to all the must visit places in pondicherry. the rooms are very well maintained. not a spot anywhere!! Mr. Fernandez from the hotel staff is someone to treasured. long way to go his service is exceptionally good that you makes anyone want to choose this stay over anything else.room service is also extremely good. all the staff are well behaved. Kudos to the entire team.one small improvement could be the hot water in shower area where the water is luke warm sometimes and not hot enough. once this minor thing is rectified the stay is 5/5.the restaurant is just downstairs. Mr. Shiva from the restaurant is exceptionally good.happy stay overall🙂🙂🙂
