When I went with the booking confirmation, the hotel never honoured my booking stating that, this is fraud booking. We don’t have tie up with this web site. So I never stayed in the hotel but my amount from my cr.card is charged. I tried contacting the trip.com no response.

Big Drainage infront of hotel…Owner doesn’t have any ethics here..Worst person we have ever seen…They are frauds they charged double the price they have quoted in online and they told you can cancel the room as we went in peak season so we were trapped .. Rooms are stinking very badly with drainage smell and after we entered hotel they made us to wait for 1hr and later cleaned toilets and room and then changed bed sheet but not pillow.. Also no blankets, no towel, paste, soap were given we stayed without blankets for 2days.AC was not working, Bed sheet and pillow have stains and insect was sticked and dried on plates… Just spoiled our vacation and mood as we didn’t get enough sleep..

Fraudulent hotel, I was booked 2 rooms in this hotel 1 month prior to my trip and paid total amount in advance as I was traveling with my family. once I reach the hotel they demanded 4 times higher the amount to which I was already paid. If you want to enjoy your trip and peace of mind Please avoid this hotel. Don't book in any sort of ways (online/offline) and don't suffer after reaching there.. they're totally fraud management and staff. Zero start is correct for this hotel. Even you can't contact to them as they provided fake contact number in Google/every where.
