WORST HOTEL EVER 1. Waited so long for check in because receptionist went for tea break and nobody to assist 2. The receptionist obviously trying to get extra money from us due to we are from Malaysia. and force us to buy extra bed for my mom otherwise he won’t allowed us to stay in the room. 3. Unprofessional receptionist and room service staff 4. Room is not clean at hotel 5. WiFi is not working 6. A/C is not functioning 7.Room service supposed to closed at 11pm but the staff said kitchen closed at 10.20pm. When we asked why closed early the room service staff (Sivakumar) said if you wanna complain just go for it because usually we will closed early 8. Requests delivered after so long and need to call like 5 times DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT FOR MONEY Hotel owner, Hower General manager pls look on it to improve your service Appreciate the securities and Sasi for helping us

Im sathish from udumalpet. Hotel RKN Elide in PY is a very nice and peaceful place for staying and enjoying.. Staff is very sweet and friendly, we staying total 5 persons single room very comfortable.... and one more special thanks to GM sir and Rajkumar because I forgot my mobile in the room. The next day I called the hotel and asked, They searched and found my mobile in room. Then they couriered it... Very thanks lovely persons...

Good place to stay with friends for the weekend at Pondy. The staff at the hotel are very responsive especially Mr. Selvam at the reception was very helpful in booking and check in process. The hotel is fairly new and rooms are clean. The quadra rooms are spacious and perfect for a family or a group of friends. The food at the restaurant was decent and the breakfast(only south Indian options) were very good. The hotel is little far from the White town and beach and if you are looking to take a walk, it can be far. The morning breakfast arrangement definitely needs improvement. They are understaffed in the kitchen and service and they took very long time to serve the food and tested our patience.

The RKN elite hotel rooms in the Annexue was very good for family accommodation and the manager Shri. Selvam was very polite and his service was very good. The food was very good and worth for money. Over all our stay was good and enjoyable..

Rooms:Worth for money.stayed safe. Felt pleasent. New extension of rkn elite is so comfortable for family (2+1).Good facilities with under parking . Receptionist: Mr Selvam (front desk) is too friendly, polite & kind . Helpfull in all the time. Good approach. Food: Morning breakfast as complementary is too tasty, MasterChef Mr. kamban maked it too tasty .

Rooms are very neat and awesome with all the modern facilities.. hotel was located in the middle of City..worth the money..We checked out very late and team was supportive... Definitely recommend this...

Well service provider. Room is very clean/ spacious and room service also very best compared to others. Foods are good, you will get authentic food here! People are kind. Friends and families suitable for this hotel.

The 5 star is for the service , Special thanks to Mr. Selvam for the hospitality provided. He helped us a lot during the stay and after check out when we faced issues with the vehicle he helped a lot to fix. The hot water was not available in the new building except that everything was nice.
