The front desk staff were amazing. Super friendly. They sang Happy Birthday to me, helped me to my room and made sure everything was okay. The hotel was very clean, even with construction workers coming in to stay. The rooms were quiet, bed was comfy. The only negatives I have is that the back door was not locked at all times, even though the sign said it was, and the caulking in my shower had a lot of mold on it. Probably needs to be replaced!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was recently remodeled and had a great modern look. The beds were very comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool and fitness center. Will definitely will be staying here again on our next trip to Ponca City.

This hotel has really taken a step in the right direction since the new owners took over. The owner is a great person and will do anything in is power to make your stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Can't wait to come back.

We have stayed in this hotel many times since it opened. Unfortunately, we experience issues in 2024 with check in, room availability, shady people lurking outside, and cleanliness. This hotel is under new management now and we had a safe and happy experience. Our room was ready and very clean on arrival. Will be staying again soon.

Great hotel with good breakfast and stay. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room and was clean and the bed was nice and comfortable. The hotel is close to stores, restaurants, and great places to eat. I would definitely stay here again.

They have the Friendliest management and personnel. Very clean rooms, lobby and hallways. Lots of clean towels and paper products. The beds were very nice and comfortable with enough pillows. Small refrigerator and microwave worked perfectly.

Under new management! Have stayed here twice in the last two weeks and both times have been great. Clean updated rooms, great breakfast, and the staff has been very courteous and professional. Would recommend staying here to anyone who may be in Ponca City for business or travel.

NEW MANAGEMENT!!! La Quinta Inn has all new management and completely new staffing. Friendly staff members and clean rooms to make you feel at home! Call and book your room today for any business travels or just a getaway close from home! They are amazing people.

I had a terrible experience during my stay. I was chatting with one of the staff members while I was smoking a cigarette outside. They informed me that the pool pump had been stolen and the owner had no plans of replacing it. They also mentioned that the owner never fixes anything in the place. When I inquired if they lived there, they said that everyone who works there lives on the premises. Here are the issues I encountered: - No breakfast - No internet - Broken ice machines - TV dish not working due to unpaid bill - Non-functional phones in the rooms - No pool (pump stolen) - No sunny side (snacks) - No shampoo or body wash in the room The next day, I asked the general manager for a discount, but he was rude and dismissive. My recommendation is to avoid staying here!
