Disappointed of the Spa zone: overcrowded, Steam Bath out of order, infrared bath was not working properly...too cool, Salt room- out of order too... Please, take care about the mildew in bathroom...Lighting in bathrobe looks like home made, lamp is blinking and an electricity noice can be heard...doesn't seem to be safe. Dust over phoneset and furniture, dirty drain in bathroom- full of hairs; spots over the lamp next to tyle bed; broken tiles at the balcony;
Room is spacious, breakfast: wide variety of quality products, vegan corner. Dinner îs basic, but its okay. Waiters were very kind.

in die Jahre gekommen,Betten unbequem, Frühstück für ein angebliches 5*(3* wäre angemessen) Sterne Hotel unwürdig, warme Speisen(Eier,Ham,Würstchen,etc.) alles kalt, Brotauswahl 1x,etc.
Um einen frischen Ostsaft oder guten Kaffee zubekommen, muss man sich an die Bar zu überteuerten Preisen selbst holen.
einmal und nie wieder in dieses Hotel.

Our stay was extremely disappointing. What was once a 5-star hotel has now become a mediocre 3-star hotel in need of serious repair and renovation. The luxury junior suite we booked hoping for a pleasant stay turned out to be - as you can see from the photos - an old and dirty hotel room that had long lost its luster it had 20 years ago. Rotten door frames, dirty faded carpet, peeling wallpaper, a bathroom with mold, dirty torn curtains. Oh my goodness!!! Service: the hotel is preferred for its spa center, which offers mud baths and lye treatments - yes, but no. They are offered only after examination by a doctor - yes, I understand, I agree. But where is the "hotel doctor" who can examine us so that we can be admitted to the desired procedure? He has been gone for two days... one day he left, the second day he was an hour late and in a hurry... Oh my goodness! This is called 5-star service. Due to peculiarities in our diet, we preferred the option without dinner included. Great, the hotel has a restaurant. Yes, but no - there is no option to order in the restaurant. At the entrance they tell you that it is not working and you can only have dinner there at a buffet for an additional fee... Okay, I agree and accept it, but please don't mislead users. Overall, avoid this place unless you are determined to test your patience or are taking an "anger management" test.

Rude receptionist and poor guest service. Spa pool was dirty and neglected, but the massage was great and the girl was very nice.The hotel doesn't really care how staff behave and if you will come back or recommend the hotel to someone else at all.

My review to Kirill Valkanov, Hospitality Manager? Dear Kirill , thank you for to have us and organised our Holiday,We are very impress with excellent location, History of Hotel. Staff working very hard, super clean all area. Reception in Spa area very professional, friendly.Spa is brilliant with good treatment facility. Mad treatment, lugotreatment , massage by Niccky, Yury, Bogdana are very good. But no yoga, no stretchy, no music at all as the promised in description.Please update service. Please give advice to Reception staff be more friendly, give more information. Ivan is the Best, he must teach them. But Hotel very boring, no music, no life at all Please improve and update

False advertising that this is a 5 star hotel. More like a 2 star hotel by North American standards. The hotel is in such disrepair- wallpaper peeling in the hallways, lamp shades broken in the bed room, stained carpet, pillows that appear to be from the Soviet era. The worst thing about it is that the staff don’t care - when I requested different pillows I was told they would be replaced with exactly the same thing. Sure, in the distance you can see the Black Sea, but it’s far from being on the beach (you have to cross a road and parking lot.).

The hotel is big, but it has not been renovated for a long time. Many things are old, rusty. The robes are not replaced, and they are also rather shabby looking. The water in the pools is dirty and in the winter season they are not enough. And past the various facilities, you step into water, which is wiped quite rarely. The lifeguard is the person who distributes the towels in the spa. You pay in advance for the hotel upon arrival. Only the food is nice and varied and they have chefs who prepare pasta and roast meat on site.
