Hotel Odysseas

I came here with my family (husband, daughter and grandparents - 4 adults and one child, 4 years old) and we stayed one week. The rooms are exactly like in the photos, everything is like in the photos. The breakfast is good, quite diverse for one week stay - scrambled eggs, sausages, ham, bacon, cheese, olives, feta, tomatoes, salad, butter, jams etc. At the bar they have icecream, beer, coffee, ice tea, fresh orange juice etc. very nice, all you need at the pool. The pool is clean and the water si good. My daughter enjoyed the pool. The staff is very nice, warm and polite. We received all the infos we needed (for staying there and for a quick visit in salonic). Their private beach - very very nice. We definitely recommend this place! You will enjoy it!

I would like to share my experience regarding my and my family's stay at this hotel because it is a typical example of how you upgrade an entire hotel unit with a single move RIGHT CHOICE OF STAFF!!! Of course, everything is a result of very good Management, which as you easily realize, always keeps in mind the constant observance of three basic rules: Rule 1. REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE Rule 2. REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE Rule 3. REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE And I mention this because, many hotels, often forget, that after all, what they are selling is the PROVISION of SERVICES!!! And regardless of how many more services or non-services they offer, if they are formally polite, (due to the policy of each hotel), they easily risk becoming formally rude, because many times behind the formality, someone may simply refuse to serve... So, what you receive when you arrive at the hotel is a huge smile and the willingness to be served whatever you may need. The location is amazing, 60 meters from the beach, in the center of the village, (for those who don't want to move a car and believe me there are many..), the rooms are VERY CLEAN, spacious, with a daily visit from the cleaners, a pool, beautifully integrated into a nice environment, a rich breakfast and perhaps the most important, for those who have previous experience from Halkidiki, it also has a PARKING space!!!. Congratulations once again to the Management, but also personally to each and every employee of the hotel who made our stay pleasant, without even showing us that they were trying, it just worked for them very naturally and their behavior stands out among most of the hotels in Halkidiki and not only. I want to apologize for the long review, but personally believe that by rewarding this hotel is the only way to contribute to the noble competition, among the hotels, with the ultimate benefit of getting better services for ourselves and our families. After all, we deserve it!!!

We have stayed at the Hotel Odysseas many times over the last 25 years. We love it there as the staff are always very friendly, the hotel is clean and rooms well presented. We missed the last two years due to Covid, during this time many improvments have been made. It has had the bed rooms modernised and new areas created. There is always a warm welcome on your arrival. The reception staff are very obliging and helpful. There is a good substantial breakfast each morning that varies from day to day. The pool area has been remodelled and it now has many superb sunbeds. The hotel is only a very short walk to the beach and the main street, with numerous Taverna, both for drinking and eating. We have always been so relaxed and happy there, that is why we keep going back. We can highly recommend this Hotel for your holiday, become one of the family!!!! We stayed in June this year and going back again in September

Για μια ακόμη χρονιά επιλέξαμε το odysseas hotel για τις οικογενειακές μας διακοπές. Τα ανακαινισμένα δωμάτια είναι όμορφα, προσεγμένα, ευρύχωρα και πεντακάθαρα! Το πρωϊνό πλούσιο και για όλα τα γούστα. Οι εξωτερικοί χώροι πανέμορφοι, πλαισιώνονται από πισίνα που δημιουργεί ονειρική ατμόσφαιρα ιδιαίτερα τις βραδινές ώρες. Όλα τα άτομα που εργάζονται εκεί είναι ευγενέστατα, εξυπηρετικά, πάντα χαμογελαστά και πρόθυμα να βοηθήσουν. Αυτό το μέρος έχει βρει μια θέση στην καρδιά μας και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε όλους.
