For shared use: property (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool (5 x 10 m, depth 50 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, parking on the premises. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 3 km, tram "Benidorm" 10 km, bus stop "Av. Nice location if you like sun and sea, but don't want to sit between partying tourists. A car is a must as nothing in the area is within walking distance.
