Great location just a few minute walk to the beach front. Cute little bungalow style accommodation which was basic but clean, great shower and excellent aircon with a fan. So we were comfortable at night time and slept well. For the price we paid I thought it was great and would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was included and although basic hits the spot. The staff looked after us really well and were so helpful and friendly. A great experience!

Losing faith in TripAdvisor reviews, can’t understand how the property got 4.5 rating. My summary for 2 night stay is: good points 1. Very near to southern side of the beach. 2. The taste of food is good, though we took only breakfast. The negative points: 1. Need immediate renovation 2. Furnitures are ages old 3. The entrance door of our room almost falling apart 4. Painting from ceiling falling down. 5. Torn curtain 6. Overpriced. We paid 10.2k for 2 nights. Should not be more than 2.5k per night. My advise, Try to avoid. You will get better property at this price. The wretched condition of the room and furniture will dampen your holiday mood.

Had a lovely 2 night stay over New year, in this beautiful tranquil setting. Met by Sid the manager who looked after us throughout our stay. The Hotel is 5 minutes from the beach. The rooms are spacious, comfy beds, AC, fans, toiletries and included a nice breakfast, choice of Indian breakfast or Omelettes, scrambled eggs, pancakes with fruit, fruit juice, tosdt tea and coffee. All the rooms overlook the pretty garden and have a balcony. Definitely go back to this resort. Accross the road is the Nest the sister Hotel, we had lunch and dinner there, it was excellent and had great live music.

We booked a week here via BOOKINGS and having visited the resort realise we were somewhat over charged. First tip. Book direct for better price. We got a bungalow which was somewhat basic but in fairness it appears most accomodation in resort is similar. Good points as well though. Very quiet away from beach but easily accessible. Friendly staff and good breakfast food. Coffee and pancakes were the BEST in India. resort/beach is superb and very laid back. Unlike previous review , no issue with credit card payment. Thank You Siddhesh.

There taxi (Ravi) picked us up at the airport on time very efficient. We arrived at the premises around 5 .00 am shattered 😲 Sydney and his staff grabbed our bags straight to the room, go to sleep were there words, see you later x Room basic but clean, AC brill, breakfast again basic but always something to eat. Location about 5 mins walk straight through the Art Resort onto the beach ⛱️ Needed the liquor store next day, ok Syd said and off I pop on the back of his bike. Thanks guys for our 4 days x

Set among tall coconut trees with a lush green lawn at the centre of the property, just 3 minute walk from the beach;friendly and courteous staff; complimentary breakfast was good though lacked variety;a pleasant stay overall

Very nice and clean rooms (bungalows) within 100 metres to the beach. Staff was very helpful. If you don’t mind walking 1 minute, I have to recommend the resort, the price-quality ratio is very good, considering the location - beach front sea view options were fully booked and a lot more expensive! Also walking distance to pubs and restaurants.

Everything was great. The staff was cooperative and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Breakfast options were nice, too. Palolem beach is just a 2 minute walk from here. It is budget friendly. Ideal if you are coming with family or even friends looking for a stay just around the beach.

We had visited this place in Feb22. Loved the atmosphere Hospitality, friendly nature of all the staff. Special mention for the owner Siddesh. His personnel Sudesh. They are ever smiling. This visit we were all in for geat surprise. There was a great makeover. Freshly painted property and the bath area was refreshing. Everything new. We stayed only for a night. We had to leave early the next day and they were there to serve us breakfast by 8.00am. Thanks Siddesh and all your staf for your unprecedented hospitality. Promise we will stay for a longer time.
