Cycad Guest House

Booking was very efficient. Upon arrival our luggage was collected from the vehicle, and we had a warm and friendly welcome at reception. The rooms are well decorated and spacious with all required amenities. Breakfast service and food were good. Aircons are a bit noisy and TV stations are very limited.

I had a good time here, very helpful and friendly staff members. The place is clean, quiet and i would recommend it to anyone. Thank you, Cycad, especially because my booking was last minutes but you managed to assist me with easy booking procedure.

As someone who stays at Cycad every month for a week on business, the breakfast menu really needs to be switched up. Variety is definitely needed. Some days I end up not having breakfast because it’s the same food for 5 days :( . The staff are friendly. Rooms are comfortable.

From arrival till departure the service received were excellent. Beds and rooms are comfortable. The room was clean and neat and the stay over even just for one night was "Lekker".

This establishment is clean, comfortable, very well kept and very well managed. My 2-night stay in Polokwane was enhanced by the neat state of the rooms and the great food that was served up. The experience was further elevated by a team of well trained, professional and client centric staff. Thank you and please keep up your standard of excellence. Great staff, efficient service and very accomodating to special requirements on short notice. Location is very central but yet quiet enough to have a good night's rest. Restaurant is very boujee and serves good food and drinks. Shout out to Maki and Kgomotjo for your friendly service. Would definitely recommend for short stays
