The unit was perfect, even for a wheelchair user, as I am in a wheelchair myself. I was allocated 11A&B. There was no step on the entrance door or within the unit, which made it easy for me to maneuver around.

It is a very nice place and very safe. The only problem we experenciend during our 2 night stay is that the aircon in our room was not working. The ceiling fan was not working and some of the rooms did not have aircon or fans so we had to swopped. So it is just a few upgrades. and the pool was green

My hotel had bad odor throughout. Stained pillowcases. I walked down to the reception to request for an iron. I waited for 20 minutes because someone was still using it. They then came to say that the person who was using it is done, I must go out again to sign for it. I did, the Iron was in a terrible condition with sellotapes all over it.

had a very good stay. Will call again and probably bring my family along. Stay with the excellent service. Even the food that you serving are good for human consumption. I would even refer my friends to this hotel because of the hospitality i received there.

The unit was very clean and well looked after. All amenities that you need is available in the Unit. The surrounds are very quiet and peaceful. The area is very safe and the hotel has all security measures in place. We recommend this hotel. Value for money.

Our neigbours were extremely noisy. They were in and out of the premises several times. Upon coming back they would hoot non stop until the gate was opened for them. Consider a no exit time rule asap!

The place was horrible. The water was cold water, there was no toilet paper and the room was not clean. It used to be a nice place but now the standard has drop drastically. Quality of beds is bad as well and they don't have a backup generator during loadsheding.

Constant banging on walls from people next door every night, it sounded like they were partying from monday to friday and staff didn't intervene after a number of complaints. Police coming there to arrest people. No wifi and terrible service.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean. The environment is safe and the place is generally nice and quiet. I am definitely going back there the next time I am in Polokwane
