There’re 2 separate living rooms and 1 main kitchen, 1 kitchenette fully-stocked which is perfect for a large group with multiple families. Add’l 2 guest rooms attached to the main house available for additional fees. Please inquire if you’d like to add to your reservation. Note- the Eldorado county ordinance is required for quiet hours between 10pm-8am. No visitors are allowed on the property except for guests under reservation during these hours.
