Location is perfect. But water pressure is unbelievable small it's gonna take you double time for shower as the water pressure is super small. Breakfast service is also poor, they want you order coffee or drinks from them but they don't come to you at all.

The hotel clean and the room view so good , can see the mountain, breakfast fresh and many choice Restaurants service is very nice poolside is very nice place

첫날 호텔을 실패했어서 별로면 옮길 생각이었는데 너무 좋아서 10일 연박했습니다 :) 수영장도 잘되어 있어서 가족들이 묵기 좋을것 같아요

房間很大，位置很便利，院落設計的很像一個度假小院，在繁華的小街道中能有這樣一片地方，感覺非常好，鬧中取靜。唯一的缺點是淋浴的設計，洗過澡會弄的整個廁所都是水。其他方面都很好

房間還不錯，設施不算高檔，服務響應快，總體還不錯

服務很好，硬件和我們不能比啊。

Everything was superb. We were group of four stayed one night; Checked in 13 March 2025. Manager Jhalak was very helpful and polite. He knows our expectations so we feel always welcome when we go Pokhara. Breakfast buffet was lavish and tasty , so many varieties national and international cuisine. Room was so neat and clean , big enough space. I highly recommended to everyone stay at this hotel .

Everything about this place is fabulous - the rooms are spacious and well appointed, the pool is awesome and the staff are so friendly and helpful! Everything is close by, the lake, restaurants and shopping. We have so enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back!!

Very clean and modern feel. Excellent service and the food was outstanding too. With its location being just steps away from lake Pokhara I can’t think of a better spot for our time here. The staff was also very gracious and accommodating our needs for luggage storage and preparing us for our trek to Annapurna Base Camp.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights in February, 2025 and had a great time there. There was some confusion initially during check in and although we booked a Suoer Deluxe room through *******, we were told it was not in there list. Eventually we got the room of our choice. The hotel is in a nice location within walking distance of Phewa Lake and is in a resort like setup. The breakfast spread is really nice. The dinner menu offered is equally good. We had some issues with bathroom plumbing and overflows due to that but it was taken care of promptly. The best part of this hotel is its top quality service and hospitality. The shortcomings noticed during our stay were overcome with great sense of cordiality and attentiveness and an honest approach to provide top quality customer satisfaction. All the staff had friendly and welcome attitude but two of them, Sudip and Babita stood out as exceptional.

We had a memorable stay for 2 nights at this Hotel. It is centrally located. Reception staff were pleasant & very efficient. Rooms were spacious & clean. Variety of food choices were available in the Restaurant. There was a special service at the Live Station which provided lovely juices, smoothies and appetising Dohsas, Omelettes etc which were brought to the table after ordering.The Breakfast & Dinner food choices were varied and wonderfully tasty. We reached the Restaurant late one evening but the staff still managed to accommodate us with hot delicious meal. We were fascinated with the Betel Nut Kulfi which was served as a Dessert.We want to mention Sudip, Krishna & Aliza in the restaurant who were so hospitable.
