During reservation process, notify customers and give full transparency regarding noise levels from ongoing construction projects. We stayed in the penthouse apartment. The constant construction noise from next door, early morning until night, made our stay unbearable and not worth the cost. We were woken up early every day from the ongoing noise and could not relax. Despite requesting compensation, our concerns were ignored. Ignoring customer feedback without taking action is unacceptable. Extremely disappointed with lack of consideration when requesting compensation. We had booked months in advance, we would have never known before arriving that there was renovation works with drilling, heavy machinery, workers shouting, they would have clearly known there was and did not care to inform us. Had we been informed, we would have never chose to book and not choose to spend our money here. We had no orientation session upon arrival, the resort manager only turned up the day after we arrived. Overcharging €95 for an airport shuttle per way when airport is only 16mins away whilst a taxi for two cost us only €28 is unreasonable. There was a lack of food options, the resort lacks a restaurant/bar, on-demand chef service or food delivery, in house chef services require booking 2 days in advance, whereas other resorts provide breakfast and dining options on-site. Lots of mould in the bathtub and encountered a large cockroach crawling out from under the fridge, cockroaches are known to spread harmful bacteria like listeria, and is particularly dangerous for pregnant women. Sadly, this stay did not match the price or quality we expected. Recommend that you can find better with the price we paid.
