Very beautiful, cosy, comfortable country house "Antico Borgo San Lorenzo", from the 11st century, renovated in 1998, surrounded by meadows, fields and vineyards. 5 houses in the residence. 10 apartments in the residence. 4 km from the centre of Colle di Val d'Elsa, 14 km from the centre of San Gimignano, 24 km from the centre of Siena, in a secluded, sunny position on top of a hill, 70 km from the sea, 70 km from the beach, in the countryside. For shared use: property 5 ha, garden (not fenced) with plants and flowers, meadow, swimming pool (16 x 8 m, depth 140 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower, table tennis, terrace, barbecue, children's playground. In the house: table football, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), bicycle rental. 1.2 km long motor access (via unmade road). Roofed, parking on the premises. Borgo San Lorenzo is centrally located for excursions to a number of well-known locations in Tuscany. It is quiet and you can also take longer walks in the beautiful surroundings. The Ginestra house is beautifully furnished and we took it over very clean.
