房間不大，但是縱深很高。房間沒有暖氣，有空調。但是熱風不是很明顯，睡覺有點點冷。有陽台。 早餐還是蠻好吃的。

公司出差，到該酒店入住。設施整齊良好，前台手續有序，房間安靜乾淨，早餐豐富健康。體驗很好，下次來出差還會入住。謝謝。

Excellent service. The ladies at the front desk were amazing answering promptly and professionally to all my requests. Andrea in particular went out of her way to make my four day stay very pleasant. Will recommend to friends and acquintances.

It's not only the facilities and personnel that make this hotel so great, but also the placement right in the city's center. I've been there many times before, and my opinion remains the same. The employees are professionals and ready to help in every situation. They are also a great partner in organizing big events and festivals and manage to ensure food and accommodation for hundreds of people during festivals and public projects taking place in the city. One example would be "Alfabetul Convietuirii" which is an interethnic festival that takes place every fall in Ploiesti, where over 700 artists participate every year. The Central Hotel efficiently manages the accommodation and food services for all the participants and ensure great communication and quality services. All things considered, I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone, whether it is for business or tourism purposes.

A terrace beautifully decorated with lovely flowers, most tasteful ice-cream ever tasted, kindness, smiles and professionalism in every corner! Cleaned, spacious and softly perfumed rooms, soft pillows and a full minibar :))). Conference rooms and restaurants with delicious food, what else is there to say but PROFESSIONALISM in its best form! It was a great experience and I will definitely comeback to these lovely people!

Kind staff, clean and spacious room, good breakfast. Very nice location. I would recommend this hotel. There is a bit of parking problem around hotel but the staff are helpful to find space for the car.

4**** hotel? Rooms are dirty and poorly cleaned (if at all). From 2nd floor and above there is no warm nor hot water during 2 weeks business stay (exception was 1 day with somewhat warm water). Reception addressing the situation with silence and no further remedial action. Bathroom cleanliness horrific: shower never cleaned, the same is with toilette and the faucet which was full of limescale, dirt and MOLD. Towels at times dirty (residual black stains) and questionable when changed. Cleaner's body hairs found in the sink. Minibar in the room, empty and in non-working condition. Room equipped with kettle, coffee and tea, which were not regurarly refilled. Welcomed with dirty (stained) mirrors and not cleaned during the stay. Power sockets available only behind the TV and near one bed side. No power sockets in the bathroom (built-in hair dryer provided by the hotel). Not really bothered by stains and small damages on the wall, but sharing if anyone else could be bothered by this. The same applies to the old, outdated and stained carpet. Elevator slow. Bed is comfortable and clean. Breakfast (buffet) is fine, everyone could find something for themselves. Restaurant personnel is mostly welcoming and kind apart few of them found to be rude. Depending on the room location, pigeons entering the room when balcony doors open. Nevertheless, needless to say: never coming back.

One of the best breakfasts ever, with very kind and service-minded restaurant staff. Very pleased with the support of hotel employees and all services offered e.g. booking, shuttle, bar, informations.

The hotel is in a very central spot with many shops and restaurants around. The rooms are clean and big with good airconditioning. Unfortunately i consider a MUST that the personel SHOULD be able speak english fluently. That was not the case at all. Except for the reception desk NOBODY else in the hotel spoke any english. Trying to order from the hotel restaurant was a huge challenge and it only happened by using sign language. The communication was extremely difficult and the waitresses were not patient enough. Another big issue was the hot water in the shower. After having a first cold shower we asked the reception if there was a problem with the hot water and we were told to leave the water running for a few minutes and then it would be hot. We were obliged to leave EVERY DAY the tap running for at lest 15minutes(huge waste of water!!) to be able to have a shower. Also there was only one power socket available in the whole room(two more were occupied by mini fridge and TV). Another big issue is the parking. There are very few spots available and in the area around the hotel its difficult to find anywhere to park. As a result we had our rental locked one of the days and had to pay a fine. To top up all this misfortune i gave some laundry to the hotel maid(she didn't speak english either) and it came back half wet. I was still charged 50 euro for 1 and a half small bags of clothing!!! Its a pity such a nice building in the centre of town not to be able to provide basic services to their clients, especially if it is rewarded with 4*. At least the stay was cheap.

All participants choose to stay at the Central Hotel. Here's why: 1. Location: Exceptional. 2. Services? Flawless: impeccable rooms, restaurant with menu for all tastes, terrace, pool. 3. Value for money? Nowhere better. Note the special kindness of the staff. Thank you!

Nice place, amazing cuisine, a good 👩‍🍳 and excellent service. The hotel is in the heart of the city, so you can see the life happening all day. The History Museum is close, so other touristic attractions. Clean and comfortable. Parking is nearby, for just 20 Ron/day you car is safe.
