The hotel has a cozy atmosphere with clean rooms and friendly staff. The location is convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. WiFi is fast, and the bed is comfortable. Though no breakfast is provided, the overall experience was great. Would definitely stay again!

This executive room is bigger and cleaner (cleaner is just my personal opinion). The rooms are basic, minimal (as the name suggest) yet cozy, though the soundproofing could be improved, as some noise from the corridor was audible in certain rooms. While the hotel isn’t within walking distance to large malls, it’s quite conveniently located with a few coffee shops, convenience stores, and eateries just a 3-5 minute walk away. The hotel is also about a 30-minute taxi or Grab ride from City Square JB, making it accessible to major attractions. Overall, a solid option for those who value a good location and comfortable stay.

You pay for what you get. Value for money for a budget room. Serve it's purpose for us to just have a rest place. Basic amenities.

The hotel mentioned can keep luggage before check in but your luggage just put besides counter of reception area only. At first check in required to pay cash for deposit. If do not have cash can walk to the nearer petrol station got ATM machine. The reception area got free water dispenser to get free drink water. The room overall ok.

Good stay. Front desk staff need to be friendly and approachable. Housekeeping staff very courteous.

So so only… hotel layout abit weird. We keep confusing to find the room number due to not by following number. Room number random jump suddenly

strategic location in tebrau! however the bedsheets has some stains so could be better unless you have your disposable bedsheet to bring along.

Location is a bit far from CIQ. nearest maKL needs some distance. Can be quite boring as the area is quite quiet. No 7/11 or convenience, store within walking distance. Can be quite dirty.

The room was nice and simple. Just realized that I got a different room but we were too tired to change it so we just stuck to it. Location was a nice, quiet place. Very suitable if u are just looking for a simple place to sleep in.

Hotel good … food is so nice and great

Second time here, it's good, room was clean, just the wallpaper was a bit torn.

Eveyone are happy with the stay. Spacious and quiet place to stay.

4pm i want to check in, they still doing housekeeping. 😞
