Aqua Beach Bungalows Playa del Ingles - Gay Men Only

We had a great stay as ever at Aqua Beach, such a chilled but friendly atmosphere but right on the doorstep of yumbo. Special shout out to Bertrand and Denis (even though it was his first day working there). Already planning when we can return.

Was an all around great experience the resort was nice and clean and the staff were all kind. There was no issues with noise from the yumbo centre and our bungalow was right near the part of the resort closest to the yumbo centre. Airport transfer was great and I cannot race on just how clean everything was! Well worth the money

Very disappointed. Have been going to Aqua for over a decade. And this time probably our last. Booked 9 months in advance. Asked as usual for bungalows next door to my friends and near the bar / restaurant area (we travel together to Aqua all the time). Arrived to find we were in the bungalows by the exit door and not together. My bungalow hadn’t been occupied in a while, it smelt musty. The shower didn’t work and I had to clean the shower head because it was blocked. The lovely leather / suede sofa really did smell, it had visible stains on it. I booked for 2 people and was charged the extra. I told them via email that my partner was arriving a few days later than me. When he tried to check in, he wasn’t allowed and despite me showing the documents, the guy called “yabba” just said no and said the office said they hadn’t received the booking. My partner stayed 1 night and just left. Yabba was only really interested in flirting with a could from Netherlands. Paid over E4000 for 2 weeks over Xmas and was so disappointed and do after all these years. Probably the last time ever. Have booked for Christmas 2025 but not here. ( avoid Bungalow 11 ) makes me sad as previously always enjoyed Aqua and seeing Arec and Liber who were great and I think the guy in the office (think I recall his name was Ingo ) left also as this booking was so screwed up.

I've been visiting Gran Canaria for 37 years now and stayed in many places, but this was my first time at Aqua Beach. It is now my favourite. Well run, lovely helpful staff, handy for the Yumbo. Very comfortable, good breakfasts and nice atmosphere around the pool. Handy gym.

This was my second time staying at Aqua Beach and once again had a wonderful time. As a naturist I love the fact that this is a clothing optional complex (although there is no pressure to be nude if you prefer not to be). As a solo traveller I prefer to self cater and the bungalows are very well equipped to be able to do this. Only been home a few days and can’t wait to come back. Thank you

A neat and clean accommodation with all comforts, fully equipped nice bungalows with comfortable beds and a wonderful staff. There is a very pleasant atmosphere at the accommodation. I've been there 6 times already and I definitely want to go again.
