Perfekt läge nära bad i havet och strandpromenad Lugnt och behagligt hotell God mat Gott om plats vid poolen både skugga och sol Lite minus saknade att det aldrig fanns frukt att tillgå varken frukost eller middag Otroligt snålt med dricksvatten en liten automat som rann i en liten stril bredvid övrig dricka fanns inget ställe där man kunde fylla på ifrån egen flaska saknade vatten som välkomst när man anlände rummet. Ej heller ingick vatten på middagen

Quite a disappointment. The location is great, the staff is nice and the view from the balcony (9th floor) is beautiful, but that's where the fun pretty much ends. First of all, 90% of the time there is no warm water to shower with (or we've been getting very unlucky) and when we complained to the hotel they said to run the water for like 10 minutes before it actually gets warm which honestly sounds like an excuse and a waste of water. The outdoor pool isn't heated which isn't too bad since the warm air and sunlight make it a swimmable temperature when you're actively swimming in it but the jacuzzi isn't heated either (at least in April) which makes it really uncomfortable to use and it probably wouldn't even cost that much extra for the hotel to keep it heated. Also, the pool and jacuzzi are closed after 6pm which I find inconvenient especially there doesn't seem to be a reason for that since the pool is at max about 150cm deep and therefore hard to drown in. Another thing that I do not like about this hotel is the lack of carpets on the floor and the floorplan itself, though these might just be because I've never really been anywhere South before and the lack of carpets and the floorplan are different than what I'm used to. Same with the food, I do not find it to be very tasty or high quality but it could just be because I'm picky. At least there's a McDonald's nearby. The building is objectively in bad condition though and could definitely use some renovations, it was built in 1974 and it doesn't look like anything has been touched since. The elevator is slow, the door lock is annoying to use and the entire interior feels old. This isn't a deal breaker but I do think other hotels in the same price range might not feel so worn out. Also every single day starting at maybe 9 or 10pm there is loud music coming from the lower floors, it doesn't bother me personally since I'm used to sleeping in the middle of noise (even though even I would still expect this to not happen in a hotel) but the rest of my family who are on the trip with me are very bothered by it and can't sleep well. I do not understand how this is allowed. When I was looking at hotels I mainly chose this one for the location and the balcony view which are the only things that this hotel has going for it. Probably would not recommend.

Highly recommended for value. Rooms above the 5th floor have excellent sea views, and our two roomed junior suite was a good size with everything we needed, including a modern shower. The hotel is right on the beach, and is clean and well kept. Food was good, and wine sold cheaply for dinner time. Plenty of sunbeds and room in the pool. The staff were uniformly helpful and pleasant, and the shop on the ground floor had fresh produce and reasonable prices. It was mainly quiet older couples, perfect for us, but wouldn't suit those wanting evening entertainment or a more lively atmosphere. Also, if you want to do the pleasant beach walk into Maspalomas dunes area you need to climb a flight of steps from the hotel.

Amazing holiday. Clean hotel. Friendly staff, especially the chefs and staff in the kitchen. Breakfast and dinner was good, with a good selection of food. We're vegetarian and alway managed to find something that kept us full and content. Location was amazing, right by the beach, supermarket on site and 15min walk away from the main Playa De Ingles strip. Went for a relaxing, beach holiday and this hotel met our needs perfectly. They even left a complimentary bottle of wine in our room for my birthday - such a nice gesture! Would recommend to anyone who is looking for somewhere clean, close to the beach and with friendly staff! Thanks for a great holiday 😊

Stayed here in October 23. Staff very pleasant and helpful and great location facing the beach. Rooms cleaned and changed every day. Good facilities in places but let down by lack of facilities in others. Food was average at best and the only bar was in the dining area but was only open at breakfast- 07.30 to 10.15 and dinner 18.15 to 21.00. No kettle, iron, toaster or microwave in the room but dining area not open at lunchtime. Couldnt get a drink in the hotel at any other time. Great pool area and sun bathing terrace but no bar or snack facilities which was missing the chance for soft drinks etc to be had. No entertainment at all but close enough to other bars with entertainment if wanted. Hotel shop open 8am to 5pm and fairly well stocked but quite expensive compared to other local shops. Dated and needs some work doing and not like the pictures on line.

Super apartamenty, nowoczesne.Sprzątane codziennie. Nie ma karaluchów. Jest naprawdę czysto. Polecam rezerwować pokoje powyżej 7 piętra, niesamowity widok na ocean.Świetne rozkładane krzesła na balkonie! Jedzenie dobre i dużo. Hotel oferuje śniadania i obiadokolacje,2 baseny (jeden mały). Dużo leżaków. 1 minutka do plaży. Wszędzie blisko, dużo restauracji. Pracownicy bardzo przyjaźni.
