坎昆悦榕莊的泰餐我們給10分👍 交通：很方便，從機場大概50分鐘就到酒店，前幾天我們住的是隔壁的瑰麗，瑰麗和悦榕莊都在一個區域裏面，10分鐘不到車程。酒店接機大概130刀左右。 服務：服務非常的好，都配🈶️私人管家，出行也是高爾夫球車，門口也有自行車。 環境：稍微舊了一點，不過也不錯，非常原生態，早上還有啄木鳥在敲敲敲。無數次的碰見了小動物狐猴，特別的可愛。 特別推薦酒店裡麪的泰餐，我們吃了2次感覺都不夠吃。早餐也不錯👍唯一就是不太方便，要去超市必須叫車，去超市來回車費大概需要90美金左右。也就10幾分鐘的路程。

This was our first time to Banyan Tree Mayakoba and we had the absolute best time! We came here to celebrate our honeymoon and we were blown away by the food, service, cleanliness, and hospitality felt in every aspect of our stay. Juan was a fantastic host! He helped us make all of our reservations, responded in a timely matter and consistently provided amazing hospitality. We also loved Raul and Ricardo at Reflections Pool! They make the BEST drinks and have the best playlist on the property. We also have to shout out Luis at the beach, such a kind man who took care of us everyday! We will definitely be back here again to celebrate more special moments. Thank you, Banyan Tree staff!

We came here for our anniversary and loved every minute. It’s a wonderful location. The setting is relaxing and beautiful. The experience is peaceful and private. There is a lot to do. Helpful, friendly staff. Great activities. We can’t wait to come back!

Second time here. Will recommend to anyone. Daniel in oriente was excellent but everyone are excellent!! Most relaxing experience. So much privacy. Service is 100. Food is tasty. Mood is 100. Smooth sailing for anyone that just wants to be left alone. Very clean. Will be back will kids.

The staff at this resort are in a league of their own. No other place I've been to, in my 40 years, compares to this place. The welcome by a smiling Juan Oropeza, and the continuous attention to our needs by Juan and Paulina (Poly) are unmatched. Then you have people like Mayra and Daniel that we would see each morning at breakfast who were extremely welcoming and nice. Daniel was always working so hard to make sure his guests were well cared for. Overall, the team at Banyan Tree have cemented my belief that Mexico is where I want to call home. The smiles, the genuine care, and overall atmosphere make this a dream place. I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to relax and enjoy friendly faces.

Just returned from an amazing stay at Banyan Tree. The hospitality is exceptional. All the staff is incredibly kind, accommodating and thoughtful. They even remembered our morning coffee order! Yes, the exterior of the villas is a bit tired (as stated in previous comments) but the interior is still very clean and comfortable, and the bedroom and bathrooms are luxurious. If you’re looking for a more modern and updated look and feel, it seems the beach villas have been more recently renovated. Overall a wonderful stay, the grounds are gorgeous and very private. Our favorite restaurant was Saffron, delicious meal and very cool view. Cello was delicious but very pricey, definitely the most expensive restaurant on the property and more expensive than NYC prices. Absolutely fantastic! Banyan Tree Mayakoba made our anniversary celebration truly unforgettable. From the moment we checked in, to the time we checked out, we experienced Mexican hospitality at its finest. Special thanks to Juan and Paulina for their exceptional assistance and attentiveness to our needs throughout our stay, ensuring everything went smoothly. We also want to extend our gratitude to Marisol, Mayra, Ximena, and Daniel for their excellent customer service and warm, inviting smiles, which made our dining experiences delightful and memorable. The ambiance and attention to detail in the dining area were exceptional, adding to the overall enjoyment of our meals. We can't recommend Banyan Tree Mayakoba highly enough for a truly special getaway!

The best hotel experience of my life thus far. Granted neither me or my partner had ever stayed in a 5 star hotel before but we will be looking for Banyan Trees worldwide from this day forward. Some highlights about this hotel in particular + Staff: every single employee without question was helpful. Charming. Delightful, professional, and went above and beyond for us. Whether it was fixing a reservation that got in booked for the wrong day, helping us with our bikes when one went missing or just simply coming within minutes to bring over some milk for coffee for room service you really feel welcomed here. Special shout out to Caro who checked us in, and was truly an all star that made the first day really special +Architecture/Grounds/Property: so many moments where you feel like you chose the right place because of how special the layout is here. I really recommend biking to the beach through the grounds or taking a boat to the Saffron restaurant. The whole layout is so beautiful and serene and makes you feel transported. The pools and beach club are also absolutely 10/10. +rooms: we stayed in a bliss pool villa and the level of privacy and comfort and feeling of luxury was very apparent. We loved the outdoor bath as well. Some tips; - bug spray! No surprise but they like to bite here! - rent a car: it's fun to adventure out of the resort to get some local food (cheaper than the food at the resort which was good but a bit pricey) - check out some of the beaches off property - the one we drove to near xpu-ha had much less seaweed and a bit nicer than the one at the resort though the beach at the resort is fine. Overall cannot thank the Banyan Tree enough and was left feeling so impressed by this brand and can't wait to check out some of their other hotels!

My recent stay at the Banyan Tree Mayakoba was truly the best vacation of my life. From the gorgeous rooms, comfortable beds, unparalleled level of privacy to the world class dining, incredible staff, and the massive property I have no complaints and only glowing remarks. We started our experience with the Banyan Tree at the Cancun airport where we were greeted by Benjamin our kind driver. The car was equipped with multiple drink options, snacks, a Banyan Tree curated playlist, cold towels, and even an X Box and televisions. After our tranquil car ride we started our first day at the spa. I have been to more spas than I can count in my lifetime but no experience matched the detail and luxury of the Indian Traditions treatment. I started my day at the spa with the Rainforest Experience which is complimentary with spa treatment. The facilities and contrast therapies were world class and left me feeling rejuvenated. My treatment with Muna was life changing and set the tone for a perfect trip. We booked several activities and all of our dining reservations through the most INCREDIBLE concierge and manager: Eduardo. No request was too much, he even got matcha out of the hotel’s storage reserve for us to have at breakfast everyday. Eduardo went above and beyond with every request and made our stay truly magical. Another unique facet of this resort are the golf cart transportation services which arrive to your room within 1-2 minutes upon request. Our favorite golf cart driver Javier told us interesting facts about the region and was incredibly kind and personable. Next, the dining options are OUT OF THIS WORLD. Saffron (the Thai restaurant) is the most gorgeous restaurant we have ever been to, not to mention boasts incredible food. Our lovely hostess Jazmin secured us a table on the water amongst the mangroves and we enjoyed our dinner alongside the wildlife. Our waiter Pablo was the kindest and most incredible host and we miss him already. Our second time dining at Saffron we were helped by the equally amazing Rafael who helped us locate wildlife and made sure all of our requests were met. The next restaurant I want to shout out is Cello (the Italian restaurant). Our incredible waiter Braulio made such a difference in our stay, moving our table to accommodate for the heat and making sure we had everything we needed. Braulio was so kind and patient with us and we will remember him fondly. Additionally, we had breakfast and lunch everyday at Sand’s beach club and our kind waiter Osiel remembered our orders everyday and was such a happy face to see every morning. On top of the incredible dining at the resort, the cleaning services are unparalleled in terms of detail and convenience. Bed clothes are changed 1-2 times per day, rooms are cleaned to perfection, and turn down staff leave little gifts and notes in your room nightly.
