The pool was amazing. Also the location is not far away from the beach.

Central location with easy access to attractions. Nice cafes and restaurants nearby, and only a few minutes walk to the ADO bus station. The room is spacious and comfortable.

It was an amazing experience, location is great and the coffee house is amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking to stay in playa del Carmen

Property was developed in 2017 - but similar to other constructions in Mexico it was developed hastily and with poor materials. The wear and tear on the property, and lack of maintenance is noticeable. As for the plumbing situation, the stench of sewage came from the bathroom every night. When the neighbours showered, you could hear the water system very loudly. In general, it was more of a 3.5- 4 star hotel - definitely not 5.

Location is great. Checkin was easy. Rooms are spacious with a little kitchenette (stove cooktop & microwave) but there’s no dishes or utensils to cook. Decent coffee/tea setup. Nice robes. Medium sized fridge with freezer section. City view rooms do not have balconies and face street with view of ice cream shop and laundromat. Pool is warm & pool towels available. 1 block from the busy street and 2 blocks from beach. There’s a bar with a pool table, foosball, and darts where happy hour was offered for an hour daily. BREAKFAST WAS NOT WORTH WAKING EARLY FOR. Very limited options and was cold. Also after checking our reservation at the breakfast restaurant they were insisting we pay for it when we paid for it with the reservation. Also felt the breakfast staff were a bit rude when I tried asking for details on the station others were lining up for reminding me of things that were included or not.

One of the best hotel in Playa I'm for sure will be back the location is also great

위치는 좋아요ㅎㅎ 갈때는 우버를 이용했는데 여기위치에선 우버가 없더라구요 참고하세요 택시비는 거의 정찰제 느낌입니다

La habitation se encontraba en buen estado al igual que la zona de alberca. En el restaurante, los meseros fueron siempre amables y la comida estaba bien. Solo al final nos quisieron cobrar $100 de una propina que supuestamente dejamos el día que no usamos el restaurante, pero se solutions rápido.

全体的に清潔感はあるが、バスルームの鏡が汚れていたりシャワーのノズルが動かなかったり、水圧が弱いなど設備の古さは目立つ。 また24時近くまで一階ないし屋上でパーティーをやっているせいか音楽がうるさく、夜中の3時頃に上の階からしきりに椅子を引く音がして目を覚ましてしまうなど困ることがあった。 朝食は一日目は美味しかったが二日目はイマイチだった。 さらに宿泊税込みの料金を予約して支払い済のはずが、当日更に請求されたのは理解ができない。 アクセスは良いが値段を考えると三星ホテル。

코코봉고 가기에도 위치가 좋고 여기저기 돌아다니기에 좋아요 아무리봐도 이 주변에 여기가 제일 나은것 같습니다 ㅎㅎ

가격 대비 좋습니다 한국분들이 은근 많이 있더군요 옥상에 수영장이 있어서 너무너무좋아요 주위에 볼거리도 많죠 강추강추

커피포트가 물이 안끓어요 ㅜㅜ 나머지는 위치도 좋고 다좋습니다! 옥상루프탑도 좋고요!! 카운터직원분들도 너무 친절하고요 좋아요!

기대 했던것보다 너무 좋고 친절해서 기분이 좋았습니다 너무 만족했어요
