Park Club Europe - All Inclusive Resort

The good: 👍 The location is excellent, close to shops, beach and all you might need. The food is good, although sometimes is kinda repetitive there's great choices and is tasty. There's a great selection of drinks even though not the greatest brands still very enjoyable and the bar and restaurant staff was always pleasant to speak with. Animation crew and the shows were excellent and really made the stay even more pleasant. Rooms are big and spacious even if decor is a bit outdated, our room had amazing views. The main pool and the surrounding areas are beautiful and well kept. Just wish the Laguna beach pool was also heated. The bad:👎 Room cleaning was basic(spider webs in the bed lamps) but beds were made and fresh daily, most days they wouldn't take cups out.(we always bring water back to the bedroom) All reception staff were great and pleasant to deal with exception of Anna which was dry and sounded rude when I asked about shampoo/soap replenishment. Shampoo and Shower gel are only available when you start your stay(one sachet per person) these are not replenished daily, never experienced this on any hotel I've ever stayed. You'll be forced to go buy some in a shop.

Our family of 3 are home from a 2 week stay at Park club europe. The hotel is such a lovely place and set right in the heart of Playa de Las americas, but for us as a family, we wouldn't go back. When we arrived, we had a nice surprise that due to it being my partners 40th birthday, we had been upgraded rooms. The room was stunning and located over in the Laguna beach block. We were given vague instructions on how to get there when we checked in, which then led to taking another 20 mins looking for our room number as it wasn't explained how large this section was. We then had to carry 3 25kg suitcases up 3 lots of stairs, as a definite downside is that there is only 1 lift which takes you to the main restaurant. The freshwater pools down by the pool bar are lovely but very cold. I'm not sure if it was because of the time of year. Food down the pool bar was OK at best, not a massive selection. The food the 1st week in the main restaurant was a letdown for us, and we are not fussy eaters. The second week was better with the themed nights, but the woodfired pizzas were stunning, and my partner loved the salami pizzas. The bbq was the same every night, so we didn't go often We didn't like the setup of the tables in the restaurant. The 8 chairs at each table and having to share a table was something we found very awkward and uncomfortable. One morning, a very rude woman refused to allow me and my daughter to share her table at breakfast time, when it was very busy and there were only 3 other people at the table with her. Thankfully, we were able to find another table. The sand around the saltwater pools was very annoying, and I think something that they should think about removing. The pools were always full of it, and you kept dragging it back up to your room. On our last day, we used this pool for the 1st time, and the amount of salt in the pool did cause my daughter to have a nasty burn on her leg and my partners eyes to burn. The cleaners work very hard in the hotel. I just think that the resort is so big that sometimes there are parts that are rushed and could do with being a bit cleaner. Some guests were just downright rude and absolutely disgusting, having food and just piling their plates by the pool, leaving plastic cups instead of putting them in the bins. The staff do work tirelessly from the restaurant staff, bar staff, and the animation team. The entertainment we only went on the one night, and the animation team really took their job seriously. We just didn't bother again as it just wasn't for us. We found that not many English speaking families were there while we stayed, and this made it difficult for our little girl to make any friends. We did enjoy our time here, but we have had much better holidays in other hotels in Tenerife.

Worst hotel ever , food disgusting , room no aircon sweat box , staff rude , entertainment pathetic amateur rubbish , please avoid better off in a tent, leaving patio doors open and in need of a deep clean as under bed pic shows also rubbish gathered outside of our patio great view

Very good resort, staff were all very friendly and helpful. Nice and clean, good pool area, and loads to do. The entertainment group were great, always busy and getting people to do various activities, and the evening entertainment was always good. Always a good variety of food to choose from and the bbq option went down really well, as did the fresh pizzas. The location was ideal, as we were in the centre of everything, short walk to the beaches, nightlife, restaurants and cafes, and there's a main bus stop next door for excursions. The only downside was the WiFi, you had to sign back into it a lot and it could be slow at times, and the lack of air con in the room, however the fans did a good enough job. Would definitely stay here again in the future

We have had the most amazing time. Plentiful food for the 3 meals a day, each day is a different theme. The snack bar is well stocked with hot food and packaged refridgerated sandwiches and an extensive drinks menu throughout the day. You must try the barraquito at the pool bar. The whole animation team made us feel very welcome. Big shoutout to Alex and Alexandre for making us feel like family. The local shops are plentiful and all within a 3 minute walk. Highly recommended and will be happily visiting again.

What a lovely hotel, in a great location for everything. We arrives as a group of 4 earlier than the check in time allocated, however we were able to check in and both couples were given room upgrades as one of the party was there for a birthday. Our room was based in the Laguna beach area, a little bit of a walk but very quiet and had its own pool. Plenty of sunbeds around the main pool by the bar. FOOD - we had no complaints, the BBQ is an added bonus. Always plenty to eat in the restaurant and the snack bar is full of salads, fruits and the normal chips etc., I especially liked being able to help myself to sandwiches in the snack bar fridge. Meal times in the restaurant were busy, the big tables mean you are sat with other which is nice as it encourages socialisation. The wine fridge is great! Bar staff worked hard and appreciated me trying to order in Spanish. LOCATION- easy walk to the beach, the golden mile, the patch and veronicas strip. The only negative are the toilets, We only found 1 male and 1 female outside by the animals and 1 female/1 disabled and men's inside by reception. This is the peak periods may be any issue. Will certainly look at coming back with the children.
