Park Club Europe - All Inclusive Resort

Nice stay for a short break. Lovely pool area although sunbeds a bit worn. Friendly staff - especially at pool bar. Rooms could do with a refurbishment - no air con, only ceiling fan therefore room was very hot. I believe a gradual refurbishment of the blocks is taking place so hopefully this will be included.

The good: 👍 The location is excellent, close to shops, beach and all you might need. The food is good, although sometimes is kinda repetitive there's great choices and is tasty. There's a great selection of drinks even though not the greatest brands still very enjoyable and the bar and restaurant staff was always pleasant to speak with. Animation crew and the shows were excellent and really made the stay even more pleasant. Rooms are big and spacious even if decor is a bit outdated, our room had amazing views. The main pool and the surrounding areas are beautiful and well kept. Just wish the Laguna beach pool was also heated. The bad:👎 Room cleaning was basic(spider webs in the bed lamps) but beds were made and fresh daily, most days they wouldn't take cups out.(we always bring water back to the bedroom) All reception staff were great and pleasant to deal with exception of Anna which was dry and sounded rude when I asked about shampoo/soap replenishment. Shampoo and Shower gel are only available when you start your stay(one sachet per person) these are not replenished daily, never experienced this on any hotel I've ever stayed. You'll be forced to go buy some in a shop.

Very good resort, staff were all very friendly and helpful. Nice and clean, good pool area, and loads to do. The entertainment group were great, always busy and getting people to do various activities, and the evening entertainment was always good. Always a good variety of food to choose from and the bbq option went down really well, as did the fresh pizzas. The location was ideal, as we were in the centre of everything, short walk to the beaches, nightlife, restaurants and cafes, and there's a main bus stop next door for excursions. The only downside was the WiFi, you had to sign back into it a lot and it could be slow at times, and the lack of air con in the room, however the fans did a good enough job. Would definitely stay here again in the future

We have had the most amazing time. Plentiful food for the 3 meals a day, each day is a different theme. The snack bar is well stocked with hot food and packaged refridgerated sandwiches and an extensive drinks menu throughout the day. You must try the barraquito at the pool bar. The whole animation team made us feel very welcome. Big shoutout to Alex and Alexandre for making us feel like family. The local shops are plentiful and all within a 3 minute walk. Highly recommended and will be happily visiting again.

The rooms were perfect and comfortable the balcony's have beautiful views and the buffy restaurant was lovely. The staff were so kind and helpful and there shows were out of this world. The entertainment team are so hard working and inspiring. The vollyball games were some of the highlights to my trip. Thank you park club europe, hope to be back soon. Had a really lovely week at Park Club Europe. Couldn't really fault the hotel. The entertainment team were good and worked hard. Special mention to Fabio and Franccesca. They were our favorites. Restaurant staff were good and cleared the tables very quickly sometimes a bit too quickly. Yes you have to share tables but this wasn't an issue tables were for 8 people. Plenty of room for everyone. If it's an issue to you to share a table this hotel isn't for you because you will have to. The bar staff worked hard. Did pick and choose who they served a bit. On the last night they got our drinks wrong 3 times. People clearing tables around the pool with trolleys. If they took a bit more time would be better. 1 afternoon round the pool we saw 2 different members of staff both break quite a few plates and glasses within 1 hour because they were rushing. 1 of them left a bit of broken plate on the ground and 4 members of staff walked past it I picked it up in the end. The room cleaners did a great job. All in all it is a really nice hotel and only 10 minute walk from the beach. 3 different ways you can walk to the beach. Hopefully we will be back.

What a fantastic holiday, me my partner and my 8 year old had the BEST time! Great memories made thanks to the kids club team, I couldn’t wish for better people to look after our autistic daughter! Gods honest truth, this place was the best and any bad experiences must be a one off as these guys looked after us so well, especially with the language barriers! 100% recommend to come again and again and again! Tbh is hotel is fantastic. Staff couldn’t do more. We arrived and had room upgrade to the recently refurbished Laguna bay right next to salt water lagoon pools. Follow round to the other pool. Activities all day for kids inc. artery, patonque, tennis. Too much to list. Food choice was exceptional. Only very small downside is that there weren’t more British guests, which didn’t stop our 8 year old from using universal language of ‘play’. Entertainment was totally aimed at families, but both sides of us had lads holidays, which didn’t disturb us. Cleanliness bang on. Would 100% recommend for the ultimate all inclusive holiday. Thanks to aline and all the other staff who made our introvert daughter step out their comfort zone.

Worst hotel ever , food disgusting , room no aircon sweat box , staff rude , entertainment pathetic amateur rubbish , please avoid better off in a tent, leaving patio doors open and in need of a deep clean as under bed pic shows also rubbish gathered outside of our patio great view
