We’re at this hotel at the moment and it’s the first time but definitely not the last.The rooms are lovely and clean and all the staff are really helpful and friendly.Food was very nice and could always find something nice to eat.Only queue we witnessed was for omelettes.I did ask if we could have a room with sunshine but asked to pay extra so didn’t get it but that’s ok it was quite nice to sit in shade after a day in the sun.Were booking for next year as soon as we get home.

Just come back from staying at this amazing hotel and what a holiday it was. For reference we booked the ‘Romance Double Room Balcony/Terrace HB Exclusive Pool View’ so this included the ‘Exclusive Service’ which we didn’t realise until we got there. Firstly our room was stunning, have attached pics. So clean, modern, everything worked perfectly. Great view overlooking the pool. The hotel itself was outstanding amazing Xmas decorations, clean, the rooftop bar was brilliant along with the entertainment 10/10. I’d like to highlight the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff - every single staff member there was happy, always greeted with a smile, and happy to help with whatever. There was an employee named ‘Mon’ who was an absolute delight, we saw him in the morning and evening for breakfast and dinner. He was always smiling, always so polite and so friendly a credit to the hotel. I’d also like to mention the lovely blonde lady (didn’t get her name) who hosted the pool games - she made them so much fun and was great. There was a dark haired lady who I believed to be a manager - amazing service from her lovely to speak to. Another shoutout to ‘Lua’ at Cafe del Mar - fun, energetic, friendy service from him he was fab. Finally ‘Santiago’ at cafe del mar who was serving us while at the rooftop pool (also a stunning view and place to sunbathe sunbed included in exclusive service). He was so attentive and brilliant. The food at the hotel was 10/10 had a range of dishes and was all cooked to perfection so tasty. The sunbed booking system was easy to use, helped to avoid getting up silly hours and reserving you just had to go to reception day before and book a sunbed for following day - simple and sensible. Would definitely return to this hotel couldn’t recommend it enough. Thank you all ❤️

Firstly, i never ever write reviews but we've just got back and being honest we're really disappointed with our stay! This hotel wasn't cheap at all, but we had friends who recommended it so thought we'd give it a go. For us, one of the main selling points was the rooftop pool, it made the hotel stand out from others in the area. This was closed.. and has been apparently been for over 6 weeks.. we were never made aware of this before hand not an email for anything and even when we checked in the Receptionist managed to tell us everything but this.. so this was frustrating We then paid for a pool view room and were told at check in that they didn't have any as the hotel was full.. wasn't happy as we paid extra for this beforehand? an hour later after going back to to complain at reception a pool view room was then available.. Sunbeds were a massive issue, absolute joke. Nowhere near enough sunbeds at all for the hotel and all been taken up by people who wake up at 5am. I've attached a picture below this was 6:30am one day where i had to set an alarm at 6am just to be able to get a sunbed and even then over 50% were taken. You have 0 chance of getting a sunbed after 7:30am its a joke.. who wants to be waking up at that time on holiday? The food was really basic and always cold, same stuff every evening and always too busy. We ate out 5 out of 6 nights due to this. The rooms are nice and modern and very very clean which i will say but overall we wouldn't return again

Firstly, I was pleased to read a few recent reviews on here and that other guests felt the same about the sunbed situation. We only had a two night stay at the end of October. I brought this holiday as a gift to my husband for his 30th. When we checked in they explained not to reserve sunbeds, if you did life guards would leave a note and then the towels would be removed after half an hour. This sadly never happened. Tuesday was only only full day at the hotel and we hoped to make the most of it however by 7.30am every single bed around the pool had been taken. We sat in the exclusive area, bar, and our balcony through the day waiting for a sunbed. At 4.30pm we finally managed to sit beside the pool and go for a swim. Which was most disappointing as I said it was the only full day we spent here. Several other guests were complaining about the sunbed situation too. I felt as the roof top pool was closed they hadn't put any extras out around the pool in anticipation for the fact more guests would want to be sat down there. It also wouldn't have been a problem had there of been people on the beds... there was at least 7, pool side, that all day... from the morning at breakfast till after we went back to the room at 6/7 to get ready for dinner no one had sat on them and no notes or towels were moved as I said we had walked around all day awaiting a sunbed. My other issue was definitely the communication around the roof top pool. We got an email 3 days before we flew explaining the 'emergency' works taking place! Obviously these things happen it's no problem. But after speaking to a few guests and staff the works had actually been going on for 6 weeks, they started end of Sept and still had a while to go till completed. Why they didn't express the correct info is beyond me, also why they didn't put more beds out for the guests is ridiculous too. So I felt cheated, this wasn't a cheap getaway and we definitely didn't get the best experience we could have. However they are my only negatives. Otherwise we had a fantastic stay, our room was beautiful with a huge jacuzzi bath (which wasn't working, popped to reception and it was repaired in a few hours!) Reception and restaurant staff all polite and nice. Drinks and food lovely, the cocktails were delightful, especially at cafe de mal. Evening entertainment was great to. We had an amazing massage at the spa, thankyou Claudia Vewis from our room and the roof top were beautiful, the sunset was amazing. 10 min wak to the beach and lots of little shops around too. The sunbed situation really did let it down.. but I hope they see these reviews and take on board that somthing needs to change.. or I presume once the roof pool is open it will relieve the pressure for beds at the main pool. Overall had an amazing little getaway and would return in hope the sunbed situation was sorted.

Fabulous Hotel all the staff are well trained and extremely polite . The food in the hotel gets top mark and a credit to the cooking team and a special mention to …chef David ….a great Character. Also like to mention the waitress & and waiters with special mention to Lorena great lady in dining room . Front of house staff excellent very attentive and explain all to detail with a complimentary glass of vino on arrival. To rooms are big and very comfortable bed. 5 th floor are best in my opinion.

The saff here was so amazing! So friendly and couldn't do more for us it was the most enjoyable experience! The chefs cooking fresh food on the spot! So friendly and 1000% would book in again! The day of my birthday the staff sent a bottle to my room and when going for breakfast the chefs sang happy birthday! Myself and my partner said it was the nicest friendest hotel we have ever stayed at!
