Very nice hotel & friendly staff! Perfect for kids. Andrea in reception is very friendly and helpful. Cristina as well Erika, Pietro, Luca, Lisa, Jaizy they are fantastic in the kids club & mini disco.. always smiling and the kids loves them!

Beds really comfy, rooms really big and all in one level, easy to get sunbeds. Amazing entertainment, food good something for everyone one. Good evening entertainment, drinks a good standard. All staff lovely and helpful. Overall a lovely experience at this hotel

Came on holiday with my family of 9 stayed at this resort, it has been so welcoming! Food has been amazing! All staff are friendly and always happy to go above and beyond to help when needed! We as a family really do appreciate it! A special thanks to Yliey and Cris!

Very nice place. Weather was great for the whole week. SIAM PARK IS AMAZING!!! Plenty of choice for food and drinks. Animation team are always enthusiastic, encouraging children and adults to get involved in the day and nightime activities. Would happily return again!

It has taken me awhile to review our 10 night stay at this hotel. It was our first holiday with our baby who was 7 months at the time. We booked directly with the hotel and chose the emblem package and also the add on baby package. I emailed several times before we left to ensure we would have the baby package and what was included. I received prompt replies and assurance all was in order. We arrived on the evening flight, exhausted and with an unsettled baby - as to be expected. We were greeted warmly but straight away I knew something was off when I reminded (Blanca was her name possibly) that we had the baby package (bottle warmer etc etc) - she was on the phone and my limited Spanish told me something had not been done. After waiting ages we finally received our wristbands (ill compliment the hotel on this- great idea!) and off we went. It was clear when we got to our room that the cot had just been thrown in the door, there was no other baby supplies - and our child needed her bottle and to be put to bed. We had to call straight away to find out about the warmer/steraliser/changing unit etc. . The receptionist then realised she never took payment - she was more concerned about this than the hysterical baby who we couldnt settle in to bed. She actually rang the phone twice looking for us to go up and pay, I had to pretty much tell her not to call again and have management contact us in the morning, all she cared about was payment. Slowly baby bits started arriving at our door - well past 10pm now. The worse start to our first family holiday. We also realised that the air con switches off automatically when you open the door/windows- so for us to be able to sit outside while the baby was asleep - it was impossible! Be aware of this, they provided us with a air con unit but this was too loud - it was for the babys room - she wasnt going to sleep through that noise. I appreciate they were making an effort to help but it made no sense for us. After an awful start we didnt really get any apology- just excuses and then a voucher to have dinner one of the nights(we were bed and breakfast). So our 2 bed bungalow was a nice size and well maintained and suited our needs. We enjoyed breakfast every morning and there was a great selection and really set us up for the day. The one night we did have dinner - we werent blown away so I don't think we would ever go all inclusive but definitely recommend breakfast. We paid extra for emblem and the best part was the use of the day beds by the pool, brilliant for a baby. The minibar being stocked daily was nice but only once did we get wine and 1-2 days it wasnt restocked. The staff were all pleasent - except the lady who checked us in but didnt deal with her again. One of the nights half way through our stay they had a pool party. We always expected noise as have stayed in the area many times. But on this night the speaker at the pool was right behind our bungalow and the noise level was crazy- usi

Our experience has been first class, bar staff and entertainment staff was great, wonderful they would do all imfor us and kept us entertained, we will come back next year once again, thank you all and see you soon!! All the shows by night were really good, my fav was fed the Anna tribute, Luca is the best and still single after his tv show, byeee
