This hotel was fine, and I got more used to the standards as our trip went on, but I would never stay again. Firstly, please be aware of the requirement €100 deposit per person. And when they refund you this deposit it takes 5 days to back on your card - so you can’t use the Euros for your last day - complete waste of €200! My partner and I arrived in Tenerife seperately; he arrived in the morning and knew check in wasn’t until 15:00. At 15:30 our room still was not ready. Once he got to the room, this was not as described when we booked. We did not have a private balcony/terrace, instead you access the room from the front and share this area with others, so people will be walking through you during the day if you use the sunbeds outside your room. Unfortunately for us, our room was between a few groups of 19/20 year olds. We didn’t have any issues with the groups, however we constantly had people running around/between us, littering, shouting - none of these things would have bothered us if we’d had a private balcony like advertised. We had flies and cockroaches in our room and the cleaning standards just were not good. We were told there was no other rooms available when we tried to switch rooms being unhappy with the room we were given - my partner checked online at the time and was able to book a room for the duration of our stay! The beds were the most uncomfortable that I’ve ever experienced - thank god we were only there for 5 nights! I didn’t even bother to use the air conditioning as I was too scared what would come out of there given the dust and the pests we’d already experienced. We also did not use (or even go to) the pool in the hotel. We’re beach people so this is normal - but the cleaning standards in this hotel would’ve kept me away from it anyway. The only saving grace was the location. Also, the guy on reception (bald, glasses) really tried to help us and did his best to improve the situation, which we did appreciate. However we would not return or recommend this hotel unless youre in the 18-30s bracket and going on the lads/girls holiday

Avoid Avoid Aviod stoped there this week for 5 days never again arriving at 10pm checked in and they insisted on a €100 per person deposit. Entered our room to find the patio widow had massive cracks in it the next day we found the TV wasn't working at all reported to reception no action for the 5 days we was there .the pool area is small and no good unless you had a room by the pool .at night time you could not sleep because of the Bar that played very very loud music until 2am and then you had people partying in their rooms till god knows when and no action from the hotel to stop the noise !!! They say they don't allow large parties but one night the room across had around 10 young s Spanish youths partying till about 4am again nothing done to stop this by the hotel staff we only had one towel change in the 5 days we were there !!! No cleaning and had to ask reception every time we needs toilet rolls!! We don't expect 5* for 2* price but we do want the basic done !!!!

Stayed here many times ...never again the noise at night until the morning is off the scale all it takes is a member of staff to walk around the rooms a couple of times through the night.we also had washing stole from outside our room. The staff are lovely its such a shame they allow this to happen.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Really clean and tidy. Staff really friendly. Location good if you want to go to the party end of las Americas. About a 10 min walk to the centre (hard rock restaurant.) a lot quieter than we were expecting considering location and age of other guests (all 18-25.) We had a shared terrace, if we were to book again we would book a balcony room for a bit more privacy. Only thing to be note, there is a €150 deposit which we were not aware of - I have looked back through paper work with LOVEHOLIDAYS and could not see and receptionists even mentioned that love holidays tend to “forget this.” Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is lovely! Very clean and modern. Downfall is the pool is tiny!! And only 2 sun loungers at the pool and on your balcony there is a sun lounger there so very discouraging to the pool. No one is aloud in the hotel if you want to bring someone back they are very strict and rude when it comes to this.

The hotel itself is lovely. Rooms are spacious and staff are friendly and helpful. Pool is lovely although awkward positioning of sunbeds as they are outside people’s rooms. The issue we had was the big groups of teens that took over the pool and came back late at night drunk and waking us up. I would say this hotel is great, lovely walk to the beach and to the main strip of shops and Hard Rock Cafe. It is however let down by the amount of groups they allow to stay who cause so much noise. Wouldn’t recommend for a family holiday.

Very pleasantly surprised with standard of room, highly recommend 1 bed apartment opposed to Studio. Never heard a sound from street even though we were 4 doors from Paddy O Kelly’s. Bonus was Air Con throughout and the cleanliness was the best we’ve experienced in Tenerife. Already booked again for next year

AVOID AVOID AVOID. The rooms do not match their photos at all. We booked a studio which showed a modern, clean and open room. When we arrived, it was like a prison cell with no light. You walk into the bedroom, followed by a narrow corridor into a dark bathroom and then the kitchen which is next to the "balcony". The walls are that high that you can't see over the wall when sat down. I went to reception straight away to show the images I booked and paid for vs the room I received. They told me it's not their problem as I booked a studio and received the studio.... they did agree the images are different online. I requested a full refund and they said no, you need to email head office. I emailed head office who responded 5 days later to say exactly the same and that their rooms can differ from the images shown online. DO NOT BOOK HERE, AVOID.

After seeing so many negative reviews about this hotel, we were really nervous for our holiday. However we were pleasantly surprised and had a really good time here. We arrived quite late after delays in the airport but the reception desk has someone there 24HRS which made it really easy to check in. We were aware before booking that it was €100 per person deposit for the room, we expected to be paying €400 as there was 4 of us but it is capped at €200. We also hired a safe for the week which was €4 per day. The room was as shown on the pictures simple but did everything you need it to do, we didn’t use the cooking facilities as we ate out all the time but they provided everything you needed if you decided this was the option you want. As there was 4 of us there was the main bedroom which slept 2 and a sofa bed which also slept to, the sofa bed was comfy but you could feel the effects on your back towards the end of the holiday, the main bed however was like sleeping in a bed at home soft and comfy. We stayed on the 1st floor so our balcony was an open space, but didn’t feel intrusive when other people were on their balcony. We didn’t mind this because we has 2 sun loungers outside the double doors and there were more stacked around the back of the building we could help ourselves too. I can see why other people may be concerned on the other levels as the balcony’s looked a little small but I can’t comment on them as we didn’t see them properly. The pool is small but refreshing, we went in low season so it wasn’t busy but you aren’t far from the beach which is where we spent most our time. The communal areas were kept clean. We did notice a couple of places where people had either been sick or spilt something but it was cleaned very quickly after mentioning it to the reception. This hotel is in a really good location and there is lots of little bars around this can be impact the sound you can hear in your room but it isn’t too loud you can use ear plugs if it’s something you aren’t keen on. Overall we were really happy with our stay and the accommodation it’s not 5* but it’s a good base and we would go there again if the opportunity presents.
