Elba Premium Suites - Adults Only

We are only 3 days into our 10 night stay as a family of 9 with one 5yr old. It has been a special trip for us as one family member has proposed too his girlfriend and another turns 50! The hotel has been amazing, allowing us to set up the room to surprise the couple offering champagne and creating a special birthday cake for us, The food is lovely with a wide selection so you can always find something to enjoy. The range of pools both salt water and chlorine is great you don’t feel crowded at all, there is alway sunbeds and no silly putting towels out at 6am you can still get a great spot at 9am. The two team members on reception Paige and javier have been so helpful and welcoming. They also offered us a drink and snack bar when we arrived which our flight was delayed so it was near 11:30pm by the time we got checked in. Only down side is waiting for drinks at the bar it can take up to 20minutes to get a drink this applies to soft drinks too. We booked into the brassiere and it was absolutely lovely it was not rushed, they helped set the table with special decorations ect. The rooms are spacious and are kept at a high standard. My daughter used mini club the last few days and she absolutely loved it, face painting, crafts, soft play and games it allows the kids time out of the pool, although she is shy so I didn’t leave her many parents did. Over all there is not many things at all that I can complain about,

Elba hotels Holiday2024 Issues with the suite, obviously not inspected prior to allocation which is different from the directors interpretation. No bathrobes, no hand soap, towel peg hanging off the bathroom wall and outside seating pads and cushions grubby which were never changed although 70% of the others we looked at were the same. Adults only restaurant, poor service and food never turned over, this did improve once it was mentioned but as always with these dining areas the food is nowhere hot enough. Only one member of staff attending the chill out bar so at times long queues, this was even worse at the downstairs bar. You have a choice of one visit per 7 day stay to their a la carte restaurants, 10 day stay still only one visit. A brasserie or an Italian. Brasserie only open Saturday and Sunday which is probably a good thing as it was shocking! The turbot wasn’t served with the correct accompaniments to which they were appalling, the meat choice again was supposed to come with vegetables but didn’t. If you choose a choice on the menu and the accompaniments change then let people know, again the guy who was running the brasserie wasn’t the least interested. The general meals and themes are both equal whether you eat or dine upstairs or down (with families) but as we found downstairs the food was improved due to the turnover and numbers of staff. The adults pool and bar area very good but pool area no where near big enough for the amount of suites, it appears that they have made this area and just pushed it into the corner of the complex. General grounds are ok, a lot of paths as you can imagine depending where your suite is located. Leaves and rubbish never cleared from the paths or roads. You go through a gate from the suites to access the main hotel complex. No where near enough staff to clear used plastic drinking receptacles, no correct drinking receptacles given on your particular choice of drink. Weak spirits and extremely poor choice of cocktails for the AI. Staff at the adults pool bar very good, shout out to Chuss, but they were all great down there. Most of the other staff were ok, but evident that there was a language barrier in certain circumstances. The adults suites are quiet and well kitted out. It’s a good walk to Playa Blanca and a further one to the Rubicon marina although there is a complimentary bus to the Dorada beach which is useful. Jet2 rep and comms very good and also Maciej, the hotel’s guest relations manager who actually listened to the issues. Shame about the hotel director, Miguel Rincon as he wasn’t one bit interested or even listening when I spoke to him. The resolution to some of the issues didn’t really benefit as again the offered drinks were poor and there was a clear flaw in the provision of ingredients, this would have been more annoying and frustrating if you would of paid 9.50 euros for them! The suite safes will cost you 4 euros a day and you pay 10 euros deposit per towel. Kids in the adult only ch

Me and the Mrs booked 10 nights at the Elba premium suites and it was great rooms one of best I've stayed in the whole canary islands have a separate section at back of the village for your gold wristband experience own pool which was a good warm temperature food excellent especially the chicken burger fries and salad bottles of Heineken beer and cocktails nice comfy sunloungers and nice chilled out bar area everything you need the whole complex is great went into the royal village a few times to sample there food and entertainment adults only rooftop bar with light up led blue tables overlooking the complex itself with live singers Pina colada cocktails were tasty great holiday here would go again in future

Costa like the coffee from entertainment team and all entertainment team absolutely amazing they look after all adults and kids so well keep us busy in such a fun away Thank you to all entertainment team and especially to Costa is been amazing

Don't really know where to start with my review. After reading a few negative ones I didn't know what to expect. I wouldn't put anyone off going here one bit. We stayed in Adult premium, with adult pool etc. Was absolutely chilled to the core. The adult pool.bar is superb, Chuss, Maylin and team are wonderful. Can't do enough Upstairs bar with Dani and Dylan, is superb with nightly, chilled entertainment for all. Our kids came a week later but their hol was cancelled on the day by Tui, so we booked them flights with easyjet and the staff of hotel ensured their rooms were honoured. Couldn't asked for more after a stressful morning The new directors of this hotel are trying to tweak things. Which if they get right, it'll be superb. (Bar queues, staff etc) Met a load of great people.too. enjoyed it from start to finish. The ones that say the foods repetitive must be chefs at home and eat different meals for every day of year. It's was fine Well that's my honest review, hope you enjoy it as much as myself and wife.

Well after exactly 5 years we returned to the adult only elba premium suites with high expectations, unfortunately these were very short lived, On first sight everything looked great with the reception area at check-in which was very speedy and our bags were taken to our room. So being returning guests we already knew the layout of the hotel we headed straight to the los jameos adult only restaurant and pool for a cold drink and a bite to eat which was just how we remembered it from 5 years ago, back at reception we booked our ala carte meal for the Sunday evening at the brasserie steakhouse which last visit was fantastic and we were looking forward to doing it again, the first 2 days were very overcast and the hotel didn't seem that busy but as soon as the sun came out that all changed especially in the family side of the complex, it was like being in an episode of benidorm every time you walked through that particular area but I'll get to that later, The adult only restaurant looked exactly the same as it did last time we were there and at first sight looked clean but looks are deceiving, trying to find a clean plate was a joke aswell as finding clean knives, forks cups and glasses, and as for tea spoons they are as rare as rocking horse poo, breakfast was hit and miss as to whether it would be hot, warm, or cold, and I'm talking about the hot food here, the floor inside the restaurant looked dirty with bits of food left there from the evening before and the floor on the outside of the restaurant was not swept or mopped in the 10 days that we were there, and obviously it got worse during those 10 days. During the day we spent our time at the adult pool because that is what we had paid for, the entertainment was varied from aqua aerobics, cocktail classes, wine and cheese tasting, and live music from a saxophonist and guitarist, the whole place was kept very clean even the 2 lovely Lifeguards helped by collecting glasses from the boxes and from around the sunbeds and returning them to the bar, the staff worked very hard and kept everyone fed and watered, a special mention to maylin/yasuris/lulu and celia, I think I've spelt the names right, they are a fantastic team thank you. But I will say that the pool itself needs a lot of work ,every time I went in I picked up loose tiles and put them on the side wall, inc the ones in the picture that's attached. Now let's get down to the problems with the rest of the place, it came to our attention aswell as others that there were new management appointed to sort out the problems that had been going on for a while, one being the family side of the complex was filthy, glass boxes overflowing, plates and cutlery left everywhere around the pool area even though signs in the restaurant asking guests not to take them outside, rubbish bins overflowing, soiled nappies just left anywhere ( obviously people can't be bothered to go to a bin and dispose of them properly ) and not once did I see the family

Stayed for 1 week at the Elba premium suite with my family . We had 2 rooms close to each other . The rooms were fabulous , lovely comfy beds , coffee machine , water stocked daily in the mini fridge and fantastic outside patio area with sunbeds and seating area . The maid cleaned the room everyday to a high standard . The staff at the hotel work extremely hard . The all have smiles on their faces and can’t do enough for you . I did come across some holidaymakers getting rude with the staff because they had to wait for drinks , but this was no more than 5/ 10 mins . The drinks were fantastic , premium quality and large measures The food was fantastic , something for everyone , one of the best I’ve had at all inclusive . In particular it was lovely to have champagne for breakfast , which was a lovely touch . The facilities at the hotel are fab especially the 2 hr pass you get for the spa . We all enjoyed the steam room , ice bucket and facilities and there was no one else using it at the time . The pools are great ,a little cold but fine once you get in . On our last day we managed to keep one of our rooms on till 4.30 are wristbands were cut off at 12 and we were given a lunch pass for dinner This was fab and give us extra time on our last day and only cost 30 euro . Currently at Elba Premium Suites for a fourth visit in the past few years - the adults-only area of the hotel. It's a lovely laid out resort, with adult only breakfast, pool/lunch bar and evening meals - other facilities are shared with with the family areas. We especially love the lunchtime Bar Jameos - a lovely chill out vibe with lunch food service, and the most fun team serving drinks! The amazing Chuss who runs the bar, ensures you have a good time, serving drinks in a friendly way and plays great holiday friendly music! This personal service by all of the Elba team is the reason we regularly revisit!

We arrived the 6th October and after the check in we were invited to go to the guest room to change clothes and after opening the door we saw a cockroach. Not the start we were expecting. During our stay our room was not properly clean once. This was the biggest issue, I don’t know if they are short of staff, but sometimes it was hard to see setting tables without cleaning. The food at lunch in the premium side was not bad, but choosing between 2 sandwiches, 2 hamburgers, pizzas and salads for a week stay is quite limited. At dinner was even worse. After 3 or 4 days I missed a hot comfort dish. I tried the pizza at nonna restaurant, that you can reserve for free once in a week stay, which was very disappointing. Not cooked enough. At night it was tough to watch the stress that the barmaid endured because the amount of work for just one person is too much. When I tried, for once, to talk with someone about the this problems, she didn’t let me finish to speak, saying “we are trying to get better and have a good night”. It’s a shame because the hotel is beautiful, have great commodities and should be better. The best of our stay was get in touch with island which is beautiful we a lot of beautiful places to visit.
