Labranda Alyssa Suite Hotel

Y ayant séjourné il y a deux ans la crise est vraiment passée par la surtout au niveau restauration . L’hôtel accueil 80 % de tourismes Allemand qui mange saucisses lard œufs fayots sauce tomate ect au petit déjeuné et qui ne sont pas présent au déjeuné qui lui ressemble a un repas de cantine vraiment moyen, plats sans cesse recycles déserts sur 15 jours toujours les mêmes gâteaux et tartes servis encore congelés crème dessert au nombre de 6 ou 8 pour 300 personnes. le soupé n'est pas mieux . Je ne conseil vraiment pas a fuir même a moins d'aimer la nouriture bas de gamme et repetitive

We have just returned from 1 week at Labranda Alyssa and had a lovely time (2 adults, 1 child and a baby). Food: - Lots of variety of cold and hot options - Staff are very attentive and clear tables quickly - We really liked the themed nights - Mexican/Asian/Spanish - Would have liked more variety of fruit, it was always melon, melon and more melon - Flies are a bit of an issue and would often be seen landing on food - Food isn’t 5* quality but perfectly adequate - Drink options were generally good - however juices at breakfast were from a machine and not fresh as we would have expected Rooms (we had a 1 bed suite for reference): - We liked it was a holiday village rather than hotel as rooms were much quieter being spread out across the site - Rooms are in need of some tlc - bathroom was very tired, shower door didn’t shut properly and damp on bathroom door - Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, however we did ask for a mattress topper which was delivered the next day and improved comfort - Air con was very efficient Pool areas: - Pools were well maintained and clean - Lots of sunbeds (towels are put down from around 8am but we always managed to get beds) - Umbrellas are in need of serious repair. Considering how windy Lanzarote is, the hotel really needs to invest in some decent, wind resistant umbrellas! General: - We loved the location - a ten minute walk down to the seafront and a lovely paved walkway. Plus stunning views of Montana Roja! - Games Room - terrible! Hotel needs to improve this area as half the things don’t work or are ancient - Football pitch - not the best and again in need of some repair - Entertainment - limited, would have liked to have seen more aqua dance on offer and mini disco was in the pool bar rather than on a little stage so not that exciting for the kids. We can’t comment on the mini club as we didn’t use it. - Children’s park is poor - considering this is a family hotel the park is really under whelming! Overall we had a lovely week - this hotel is classed as a 4 star but I would say it is definitely a solid 3 star as there are definite improvements needed! Thank you for a great holiday.

Beautiful hotel with excellent staff Lucky enough to have sea view from 2nd floor apartment Apartments lovely very spacious, free air con and safe and large patio with sunbeds 15 mins walk to beach and nearest restaurant 30/40 minutes if want more choice or 5 euro in taxis Ideal if looking for relaxing break in beautiful safe resort we loved it Only 2 minor negatives showers do leak think design of door but bath mat soon dries out 1st time ever no tip for maid, bare basis done only, Inc patio area not touched cups not cleaned etc but all other staff couldn't fault

Where to start, rude receptionist on arrival at 22.00. Went to out apartment 305 and hit by a horrible dirty smell as we entered. Torn settee with stuffing sticking out sliding bathroom door water damage so hard to close. Dreadful beds. No info on how to use safe or aircon so went back to reception to ask for instructions earlier receptionist had left to be replaced by a young lady who basically couldn’t help as she was only able to write issues down to be addressed the next day. We didn’t unpack so we contacted another hotel we know well to see if they had a room available for the rest of our holiday which they did so we checked out the following morning. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel.

We arrived late but check in was simple and we were invited to have something to eat and drink before we went to our room which was nice. We then had to find our way to the room which could have been explained better , some of the signage is faded and although the rooms have their numbers on the front some are approached from the back so something by the path would be helpful. We had a couple of small issues with the shower which were both sorted very quickly. We had a lovely holiday and would definitely return, it was so lovely and peaceful just what we were looking for. Yes it’s a way from the centre but we knew that when we booked and it’s no issue just hop into a taxi which the hotel will book one for you. The only downside for us was the steps at the front but that’s because I have mobility issues otherwise it wouldn’t have been a problem. What would have been beneficial would for the end of the side road could be opened so that coaches could drop you off and then you would only have half the steps to negotiate. We found all the staff very helpful and friendly, the room was perfect and lots of outdoor space was great.

Fabulous hotel, staff very friendly and efficient at their jobs. Spotlessly clean and option to upgrade to all inclusive is great. I am returning to the hotel with my husband in November. I'm sure my stay will be just as good as my last one in May. Food was lovely and something for everyone.
