Boutique Hotel H10 White Suites - Adults Only

Wow. We are sat on our balcony due to check out tomorrow & we’ve been blown away by this hotel! All the food has been really good - after reading the reviews I was skeptical but I can say it’s all been delicious (we haven’t eaten the evening buffet so can’t comment on this) Staff- really friendly and warm We were informed that the hotel are having works but it hasn’t affected our stay in any way as the hotel have still had live entertainment on every day and kept the pool bar open, and offered snacks - even Easter chocolate over Easter! We booked this 5 day stay for some R&R and have had just that, I would recommend to anyone looking for a week of relaxation and luxury

I was so apprehensive about coming to this hotel after reading some of the reviews, but I was so pleased to discover for us it was 10/10. The location, staff, rooms and food has been nothing short of amazing! The location is perfectly situated between the newer and older part of playa blanca. Our preference was the newer area over the old town. The hotel is just a 15 minutes walk of to both areas. The hotel itself is stunning. Not the largest hotel, but again the size suited us to a tee. The rooms however are very generous in size, plenty of room. We also loved that it is two stories high. The staff are all so very friendly and cannot do enough to help. We extended our room on the last day which was great as we had a night flight home. The food choices were very varied at all meal times and the dining hall was spotlessly clean. As was the full hotel and resort in general. Another excellent idea was the bands used as your room key, this was genius! Cannot fault anything about our stay. It was also my birthday while we were here and the hotel brought me up a bottle of Cava and chocolates to my room. Thank you so much for an awesome stay!

This was a last minute booking to grab 7 night off relaxation. We did read the reviews but decided we would give it a punt . We got to the hotel very late Monday night checked in to the room from here it was all down hill . The room was very basic more like a 2-3 star at best the air conditioning in the bed room wasn’t working , we decided to wait till the next day to speak with reception they said they would send maintenance round to fix the problem they never we went back and forward several time till we gave up . The food is nothing short of average at best. breakfast was a let down . The pool area was newly re-done and does to be fair look nice . The entertainment at night mmm really poor . Over all was looking forward too relaxing for a week in the sun that turned out to be a total let down . You live and learn.

I have read bad reviews about this hotel, but went with my gut instinct and booked it. My husband and I have just arrived back from staying in H10 White Suites Boutique for 9 nights All Inclusive, we arrived later than planned due to a delay, on our arrival the receptionist (male) was super friendly and very welcoming, and although the restaurant closes at 10pm they had food ready for us, cold platter of cheeses, meat, crackers, and desserts, so that was a good start What an absolutely beautiful hotel!! I loved the suite, we stayed in 116, so spacious and comfortable,. This hotel absolutely nailed the experience, every little detail from the coffee/tea facilities in our room, the toiletries, robes, slipper & mini fridge, free use of safe. We even got a complimentary free meal in the adjoining restaurant Dolce Vita, which was delicious!! Rooms cleaned every day and bedding every 3rd day, clean towels when you needed. Food was aplenty, and very nice, lots of different things to choose from, a fantastic variety. All the staff that we had seen/spoken to were polite, friendly and helpful when needed, Although there were some maintenance work going on and around the complex it didn’t spoil our holiday, all I could see was improvement! Evening entertainment was great most nights, especially the White Party, that was awesome. They absolutely thought of everything done to the little QR codes in each area so you could see menus, drinks etc. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place, I would highly recommend and would definitely return in a heartbeat, in my honest opinion I wouldn’t hesitate if anyone is thinking of booking here!!! I would give this place 5 stars

Here now 18th July. I must say that despite some bad reviews during maintenance work a few weeks ago I was reluctant to come. Now I’m here, everything is back to normal. Very high standards from check in onwards. This is my 1st time here but not my last. I can see why people keep returning. Staff work incredibly hard to make sure guests are happy. Some people report only old people come here.. not true. S good mix of age groups. Another favourite to add to my list.

Me and my daughter have just had 5 nights at this hotel and it was just what the doctor ordered. We were upgraded to a deluxe suite and had access to our own pool and solarium. We received a gift on arrival and departure and all the staff were polite and friendly. The food in the buffet restaurant was plentiful we always found something we liked. Our was favourite chicken gyros!! There is music every night around the pool. A very chilled and relaxed atmosphere no big queues. Playa blanca is a beautiful resort. We were a 5 minute walk to Playa Dorada beach and another 10 to the marina. We will definitely be back. Thank you.
