In the vicinity of the sandy beach is located the hotel Melia Trinidad Peninsula. The hotel is equipped with a 24h reception, a lobby, Wi-Fi, internet access as well as a lift. We would like to thank all of the staff. The hosters, the structure of this resort are wonderful. We felt in home with such lovely treatment. I strongly recommend your wonderful care and it will be on our mind_ sweet memories ever. We will be back for sure! Many many many thanks to make our dreams come😀.

@yasmany from animation team and all the Melia staff,the animation time was very espectacular,I enjoyed dancing with them,regarding the hotel highly recommend spend your vacations there ,if you want spend family time with a good service,Melia Trinidad is the perfect place ..

I have been to at least 4 resorts and this is by far the best I have been to in terms of luxury and comfort. For the last 2 days, I upgraded myself to the adult section and I couldn’t be happier. All the staff was nice, they were so kind to me. Special shout out to Brayan the bell boy and Nataly , the receptionist. I really felt taken care of.

Upon arrival at Melia I was greeted by the amazing staff that quickly checked me and brought my luggage to my beautiful room. After the long trip I was hungry and went to the 24 hour snack bar where I was greeted by an amazing staff member by the name of Humberto Cespedes who provided amazing service although out my stay. I’m so grateful to have had the opportunity to meet him and I thank him for going above and beyond for making my stay a great one!

My overal experience at this hotel was good. However a few people made our experience a lot better. The gentleman at Daiquiri bar is amazing, ask for Yosbel. At the buffet you need to find Elioski and Raphael they went above and beyond the call of duty.

Spent 11 days in The Level and definitely have to say that it is indeed the next level of service and quality. We went for a tour on the family side and thought it was quite nice and we also went for several dinners which were quite excellent. But all in all, The Level has EVERYTHING you need for your stay. The restaurant has great breakfast, lunch and dinners. Outside of meal time the snack bar has great chicken wings, hamburgers and fries. Mojitos at the beach bar were spectacular and the pina coladas at the restaurant bar were some of the best I've had in Cuba in quite some time. Absolutely all the staff we encountered each and every day from the gardeners and general laborers to the reception, EVERYONE, were all very friendly and just a delight to say good morning to. While we were disappointed to have missed Juan who was away during our stay, the ever attentive Ivan was great to talk with every day, always making sure we were happy with the resort and being looked after. The swim out pool in front of our room completely made us forget about the slight negative of the beach (rocks). If that ever gets fixed, this would definitely be my top pick resort for Cuba.

Amazing experience @Meliá, room was clean & tidy, the hotel is well organised we had extremly good service by the staff espically Humberto who is extremly kind, attentioned and professional!😁🤌🏼 We recommand this Hotel 10/10 ! Thank you for making our trip one to remember !
