Go-Karting at Ponderosa Family Entertainment Center- scuba diving in Lake Champlain and apple picking at Applejacks Orchard are just a few of the activities that await visitors. We had to get our room changed because the sheets weren’t clean, then in the new room the carpet wasn’t clean

Wait staff were super helpful and polite but rooms were filthy. Beds were full of stains and chairs unsightly. We were moved 4 times before we got a half way decently clean room. Ended up getting fresh sheets from front desk and replacing our own bedding.

We were shocked when we entered the room: stains on carpet and furniture, the odor of mold and humidity, slight odor of cigarette, cracks and holes on the walls, sticky desk, holes in linen, uncomfortable beds. The check in front desk is decent but not the rooms. Never going back.

Room was terrible , stank of cigarette smoke . Refrigerator door left ajar , visible mould , shelves stuffed with dirty pieces of rags . Filthy carpet , bed looked as though it was slept in , bed linens rumpled . We were disgusted at the appearance of the room/ entire facility . We went back to the front desk , told the receptionist that there was no way we could spend the night in such a horrible room & requested a refund . She told us that we would’ve to check with the head office , as she wasn’t able to refund us , despite we telling her that the condition of the room was unsatisfactory & didn’t meet our standard of acceptability . We’ve been trying ever since to be refunded the cost of room , that we never stayed in , US$ 386.56 , approx Can$531 . We can’t believe how much that dump of a room cost us & how dishonestly we’ve been treated .

I stopped there on my way to Montreal because I was too tired and had to sleep. Unfortunately, this "hotel" is absolutely a shame. It was extremely dirty and smelly. Bed sheet dirty with big stains, bathroom not flushed. I could not stay there, I slept in my car in the parking. I paid almost 200 dollars for this.

This is a NCSE (Nice-Clean-Safe-Economical) motel and the price was very fair for the area...most local/other chains were much higher. They had a nice breakfast with hot food items and normal continental items. The price was a little higher than our target "retired-deep south" budget but it was still very fair for the area and since we were there during their prime season (August), it was understandable. I don't know if we'll ever get back up that way again, but if we do, I would consider staying with them. I would also recommend this motel to our friends and relatives. Best wishes to the owner/management for the future and thanks again for a nice experience and good stay!

We stayed at Americas best value inn for a short family trip. It is close to everything. The hotel room was not bad, it is spacious, has all the stuff we need (microwave, fridge etc) however it needs some repairs and renovation and thorough cleaning of the carpet ( it has a musty smell first time we came in). The house keeper didnt clean our room the second night but we manage to gather our garbage and throw it outside. The receptionist Jonathan was very nice and professional. He answered all my question and concerns. They have an actual breakfast( not in a brown paper bag) that you can choose and enjoy,variety of breads to choose from and a waffle maker to make your fresh waffle. Loved it! Overall not a bad stay. It has everything we need.

The stays are great!! Jonathan and Kim are awesome to work with, they make scheduling and checkouts very easy and always help with any questions or anything else needed. There prices are very good for the area, we have always enjoyed our stays there!

My son and I arrived to stay and the pillows were stained. The tub was not clean enough for me to let my son bathe in, there was a hole in the corner of the tub tiles that was covered with white duct tape there were dirty finger prints everywhere and the pool area is over grown with weeds. There were shopping carts with trash and cans scattered in the back of the lot. This hotel is nothing like their pictures online When I asked to check out right after I checked in the woman took my card and said she couldn’t cancel it because I booked Third party. No ask of what was wrong, no offer to ask why, she was dealing with another customer who was much louder than I.
