Phoenix Beach Hotel

Clean rooms / rooms very spacious for 2 people Fresh towels every day Hot water all of the day / night shower was very powerful Good breakfast Plenty of sunbeds / around pool & beach. Staff very friendly / reception area spotless Bar area looking on to beach beautiful scenery definitely would return.

Stayed with a group of girl friends in October. Check in was very quick and friendly. Six of us had three rooms, 2 on lower floor with terrace and a double family room on the 2nd floor. All rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean with great bathrooms and small balcony or terrace. The beds were comfortable and we had clean towels and bed linen daily, the room maid was fabulous. Air con was charged but the room safe was free. There is a small pool with sun beds and lovely seating area with pool bar leading onto the beach and right into the sea which was lovely. Food is available from the pool bar and a range of cocktails and drinks. Breakfast was good with a range of hot and cold food. The location of the hotel is fabulous with a few minutes walk to a range of tavernas, shops and bars. Sun beds are free around the pool but they are charged on the grass verge and on the beach. drinks at the bar where a bit expensive but there are lovely views from the terraces over the beach and the sea. Would recommend this hotel for a budget break mainly due to its location and cleanliness, we all enjoyed our stay here and the staff are lovely.

Fabulous hotel, right on the beach. It has comfy beds and the breakfasts are lovely. The rooms are cleaned daily. The pool and bar areas are so beautiful with palm trees, music, cocktails and food. Would definitely stay here again as the location is also perfect. Lots of comments re the autistic boy (previous reviews)... Shame, really. Guess you can never please everyone! As far as I know, the family were not actually told to leave the hotel and the whole episode appears to have been blown out of proportion. Maybe a customer complained about the lad, but the Manager didn't want to disclose that fact. Who knows??

Honest review. Location is absolutely perfect, you are literally located on the beach.. We have visited Tsilivi many times are other various hotels but we have never been so disappointed with the hospitality at the Pheonix Beach Hotel. The Greeks are usually so friendly and welcoming, it was quite strange in that respect. The hotel staff do not acknowledge you at any time. No smiles, mute. The male bar staff are so completely ignorant, it takes some believing. The two female bar staff are a little better. The room is modern and clean and it was cleaned daily with fresh towels. The breakfast is very basic and does not change in the slightest. Needless to say, we will not return. Tsilivi has so many hotels to choose from and they are so much nicer..:-) choose wisely.. The Pheonix Beach was far from the cheapest :-(

The beach Club was the best! Coolest staff, good drinks and nice sunbeds. The best beach Club in Zakyntos if you are looking for service at the beds and som beach club vibes. The also have really good food!! Recomend to try the Paloma drink WITH the homemade salt (rim)!

Beautiful location on the ⛱️beach front .. Great atmosphere around the pool bar 🍸. Music and extensive drinks menu. Friendly service, the food is excellent, and some amazing choices on the menu 😋 👌 Highly recommended, we will definitely be back. ❤️
