I have stayed at this hotel twice. Once in May 2023 and again in November 2023. I go to Hilton properties a lot because of the Pelotons they now all have. During my stay in May, the activation code for the hotel's subscription was not on the bike, basically made it useless since most people want to be able to use it to log into their peloton username and follow a class. I let the front desk know, and she tried hard to get the information needed, but ultimately was not able to determine the password for the account, but had everything else needed. She was going to have the person who created the login give the password and hopefully get the code back on bike. Unfortunately, this never happened, even after a follow up, so it sounds like this was not a priority for hotel management to follow up on for a function that a customer is wanting to use, and not an unreasonable ask to be completely timely. This girl did a great job on her own and had procured the rest of the details necessary. I had a week long stay, and this issue was never resolved. November 2023 - I arrive and the bike still does not have an activation code on it. I don't believe in coincidences so I figured that the code was never put back on it (rather than that was fixed and somehow was removed again). I go to the front desk, a different person makes a note to management. Follow up again, still not remedied, and was not by the end of my week long stay. A coworker is there this week, and the code is still not on there. I am willing to bet that this was never fixed. He is going to attempt to remedy this as well, since he wants to use it too. At the very least, this activation code has been missing since at least May 2023 (so at least 9 months) so this property is likely still paying each month for something that is not even usable by their customers. I have to imagine this should be against Peloton's terms for the partnership, as it makes them look bad and not expose them to new customers who might want to buy the bike after using them at the hotels. Who at this hotel needs to be contacted to fix this problem? I have had this issue at other Hilton hotels, and given this has been new to hotels, many of them ended up with a process of where a given employee could refer to get the activation code information put onto the bike in the event is somehow gets removed by someone. But they tended to remedy the problem within a day. Other than that, the hotel is nice. I like staying there as opposed to other properties in the area, whether Hilton or another brand. But for the love of God, care about remedying a situation that a customer asks that is likely supposed to be operational.
