The neighborhood has low a low volume of traffic but do not suggest letting kids play anywhere but the back yard because this is not a cul de sac. There will be a tenant most likely downstairs so please keep it down to a minimum after 10:30pm on week nights and 11:30pm on weekends. Also, the thermostat is locked due to abuse so please let me know if you’d like an adjustment and I’m happy to accommodate if it’s reasonable :) - NO SHOES IN HOUSE - Quiet hours are 10:30pm on weeknights and 11:30pm on weekends. - Thermostat is locked at 68 degrees but can possibly be adjusted upon request - Early check-in and late check-out must be paid for at the time they are approved. No refunds. - All issues should be reported within 3 hours after check-in. With photographic evidence. - All issues that are not reported will not be eligible for a partial or full refund. - Communication is very important to us.
