Battistero Residenza d'Epoca

Amazing hotel, perfect location. It’s in the heart of Pistoia, steps from restaurants, cafes, bars, sites and some of the best gelato I’ve ever had. Lorenzo was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the room was incredible. We had the top floor suite with a private terrace, the view was beautiful. We’d stay here again without a doubt.

Lovely place & lovely people. The location is perfect - you can't get any more central. Our room overlooked a very busy square... market in the mornings & full of lively eateries at night, but close the windows & shutters & virtually no noise comes into the room. Perfect! We were getting married in Pistoia, so stayed at the Battistero for 10 days. Breakfasts were lovely... different home-baked breads, cheeses, hams, gorgeous fruit tarts & really good coffee. Dana was brilliant - so helpful & friendly & she really got into the whole wedding event. She organised taxis to take us to the wedding venue & always greeted us with a cheerful smile. Nothing was too much trouble. We had several wedding guests who stayed at the Battistero & we all had a great time. The room was spacious enough to contain all our wedding things (outfits & other things we had taken with us from the UK). The shower was very good, the bed very comfortable & we never really heard any noise from other guests despite the hotel being quite busy. Definitely recommend this place. We were comfortable & well looked after & the location is bang central without being noisy.

This is our second stay at this lovely B&B. We stayed there before pre-Covid in 2019 and were fortunate enough stay there this year. Both times we stayed on the top floor in Room 401. The Deluxe King Suite with a small balcony but big enough for a table with four chairs and a table—the views were incredible almost 360. The rooms are so clean and well taken care of. Lots of little extras like shampoo, shower gel, body lotion etc. Views terrific even inside the huge room. This is a family run hotel and everyone is so kind and only wants to make sure you have a great time in this lovely city. Breakfast is very ample,,with so many choices from pastries, meats, eggs, fruits, cereal, juices and breads. Very convenient to great restaurants, including there own. We’ve tries many restaurants in the area, all very good, and their restaurant is no exception—fantastic. Convenient to transportation, ten minute walk to train/bus station. This hotel was am absolute gem and the room I stayed in was stunning. The best bang for your buck and would stay there in a heartbeat. Also, the best part is the family history behind this hotel it was passed by 6 generations of bakers. Hence, you will have the best breakfast and freshly made bread you've ever had. Honestly, if you are looking in this area look no further and stay here. You will thank me that you did!

vado sovente a Pistoia, l'ultima volta ho deciso di pernottare in centro e ho prenotato in questo posto, praticamente al centro. La struttura è molto curata, le camere ampie e pulite, il personale gentile, il costo in linea con quello che offrono. La prossima volta tornerò sicuramente

Nel pieno centro storico di Pistoia e con la comodità di un parcheggio privato a breve distanza, una gradevolissima ristrutturazione di un vecchio palazzo ha creato questa Residenza, consigliabile da tutti i punti di vista. Le camere comode e carine, colazione varia e abbondante, personale gentilissimo hanno fatto di un soggiorno "di passaggio" una piacevole scoperta. Sicuramente consigliato a tutti.
