En af de værste hoteloplevelser, jeg nogensinde har haft. Det første værelse havde et knust glasparti og et fuldstændigt tilstoppet afløb – chokerende for ethvert hotel. Efter at have omklædt værelserne opdagede jeg sengesømme, der var fyldt med væggelus. Jeg fik mindst 20 smertefulde bid og udviklede alvorlige allergiske reaktioner. Jeg kontaktede straks hotellet – intet svar, ingen undskyldning, ingen kompensation. Det er fuldstændig ulækkert og uacceptabelt. Dette hotel er en alvorlig trussel mod gæsternes sundhed og sikkerhed. Hold dig væk!

this is such a business type-of- hotel. very much suitable for businessman/woman who wish to stay and make a conference there. + the price was a bit on the competitive side so it’s very nice tbh.

The service attitude was extremely bad. Especially the night bartender (the hairless gentleman), he actually used abusive sign language to the guests. It was unbelievable and made me feel extremely insulted.

Having read mixed reviews on this hotel, i decided to give it a go as the price was reasonable for a large hotel with nice pool. Upon arrival, the front staff was fantastic, polite and helpful. We got upgraded to a larger room with balcony. The room was quite simple but clean. We had to request for slippers and toothbrushes as it is not provided unless you ask. We were extremely disappointed that the pool was closed even though it was 21°C and the sun was blazing hot. I chose this hotel so we could chill by the pool on the first day but obviously that didn't happen. The pool area was not maintained well maybe because of winter just before. It states in the website, there are two restaurants and bar but there was only one restaurant called Lumen. We went there the first night, the starters were excellent but the mains were very mediocre. The spaghetti was horrible, very soggy. Paying €150 for a meal for 3 if us was not really worth it as the mains were not good at all, and we had one dessert to share. Breakfast was not great, hot food option was not that nice. The bakery items were good though. Overall, it was okay... esp for that price. Location is close to Pisa Tower (15mins walk) and 7 mins ride to Pisa Centrale Stazione. Taximove app is very reliable and we used it to get to station and airport at reasonable prices.

The place was amazing, clean towels, good wifi and comfortable beds.

Is supposed to be 4 stars hotel , but no water bottle provided in the room and need to pay from the fridge bar. Hotel staffs not very friendly n actually very cold attitude.

The hotel facilities as well as the services were excellent! The only downside is that it's not really suitable for tourists who don't have a car to stay, because the transportation in Pisa is really inconvenient, if you unfortunately miss the last bus on the day you come to Pisa, then congratulations, your journey from the train station to the hotel will be very bumpy! (But I think you can call the hotel and ask them to help you contact a cab company) But the hotel staff was really great, they helped us contact TAXI to take us to the train station, to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, and there were also shared bikes in front of the hotel that you could swipe and ride away. If you are on vacation with family and friends then this hotel is great, the rooms are huge with floor to ceiling windows and a huge garden and pool.
