very near the Pisa Tower. take note that area is very difficult to find parking and you might have to take your luggage with you through the rock roads...

Nice bar with view of The Learning Tower. 8 euros for Aperol Spritz, 5 euros for a beer, which is reasonable, local bars 2-3 euros cheaper. Room spacious, but not clean. Dust on headboard, thicker dust under bed and a carpet of dust (years old) on picture frames etc Shower cable black mould. I stay elsewhere in future but just go to rooftop bar for the view.

Located a short walk from the tower. Small rooms. Hotel is quite tired but staff helpful. Breakfast was average.

Excellent hotel located close to the main attractions in Pisa. Beautiful bar on the top floor and breakfast was fantastic. Lots of nice bars and restaurants in the streets immediately outside too !

Location is excellent,just 2 minutes walk to the leaning tower. Breakfast was amazing and the Bar is great too. The rooftop view of the Leaning tower is mind-blowing. The receptionist had called a cab for me to go to the airport and it came on time. There is no fan or aircon in the room. Overall will recommended stay at this hotel.

Worst hotel ever and never stay in this hotel

This hotel is over my expectations!! Highly recommend to stay here when you visit Milan. - Perfect location, 2 minutes walk to the Plazza del Duomo, many good restaurants on the same street, a carrefour express opposite to hotel entrance if you want to buy any essentials - The rooftop open to in-house guest are 100% plus, you can capture the key landmarks in one picture - Staff are nice and helpful if you need a taxi to train station or airport - Room is big and clean, however the water pressure is too big and hard to control - Breakfast is fair as it’s included, could have added more hot items

Best location for sightseeing Pisa.

The location is excellent, and the rooftop terrace provides a view of the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The room was good; although it offered only a partial view of the tower, the bathroom had a bathtub. The breakfast was decent, featuring typical Italian cuisine. It was a bit unfortunate that there was no fax service, and the laundry room indicated on the hotel's website was not actually present. I forgot to check out on time, but thanks to the helpful staff, I was allowed a late check-out and the luggage storage service was great. 位置很好，樓頂露天吧可以看到比薩斜塔，房間給我不錯的房間，雖然只能看到一點點塔但是浴室有浴缸。 早餐還不錯就一般義大利餐。 沒有Fax服務有點可惜，標註有洗衣房實際沒有洗衣房。 忘記check out 時間，感謝服務人員讓我晚check out,還有行李寄存很棒。 La posizione è ottima e dal terrazzo all'aperto si può vedere la Torre di Pisa. La camera era buona; anche se offriva solo una vista parziale sulla torre, il bagno aveva una vasca da bagno. La colazione era decente, con la tipica cucina italiana. È stato un po' sfortunato che non ci fosse il servizio fax e che la lavanderia indicata sul sito web dell'hotel non fosse effettivamente presente. Ho dimenticato l'orario di check-out, ma grazie al personale disponibile mi è stato concesso un late check-out e il servizio di deposito bagagli è stato ottimo.

Great location next to the main square. Good selection of breakfast. Roof top bar has amazing views. Rooms are dated and need looking at for example sink doesn’t drain, loads of chips and marks. Good little window. Was able to check in early and leave my bag after I checked out to explore the city. Would recommend anyone who wants a hotel in the city with breakfast and don’t mind the dated rooms. Would definitely book again.

Rustic italian hotel with everything you possibly need. Although it is a little old, it is really worth every single cent, given the location and full amenities. Tower of Pisa is also literally just a few steps away. Many restaurants, supermarket and shops just outside of the hotel. Comfortable stay and very convenient. Will stay again.

Great hotel location which is very near to Pisa tower. However, the room/items provided is slightly old and limited. (E.g. no slippers, shampoo/body wash only 2bottles)

Within a 2min walk of the tower. Excellent location. Rooms are a bit dated but functional & reflected in the price point. Rooms were quiet & no external noise noted. Breakfast was included.
